Thank you so much for everything Luke and Brian. You guys made it happen for my husband and I . I really appreciate your honesty in this process of our home buying experience. We started working with Luke in October 2020 during COVID time. We close on our new home March 2021. We took our time looking for our home during this time we didn't feel rushed by them or our realtor Diya from Cyrene Properties We found our home in The middle of January. The online portal made it easy to upload paycheck stubs, statements and you know all the great stuff they ask for in the beginning. It was so easy. The updated phone calls were so friendly. Along with personal touch emails with your name on the videos. It's a great feeling in the end I can tell you it was not stressful at all it went smoothly. Now we are in our new home Thank you Luke and Brian 100% read more

This guy Brian something is horrible. He does not return calls and then pretends nothing is wrong when you speak to him. If you are looking for a reliable person to handle your mortgage loan then move on to the next !!!!! read more

Brian Minkow is NOT a good mentor or boss. He promises his clients they don't have to provide documents needed for the loans per guidelines. This makes it harder for his employees to close loans and the borrowers still have to provide the documents Brian promised they didn't need. He never stands behind his employees. He falsifies closings so that he can be top dog in the business. He inputs fake loans into the system and pretends that they're closed. He's a joke to the business. read more

We've had a terrible time with Homebridge doing the refi on our home. It's been over six month even though Homebridge said it would take "about 60" days. They literally keep coming to us every month or so claiming they need more documents or updated docs because it's been more than 60 days.... this is total BS. We have substantial income and assets, including lots of equity in the home. Even with the changes because of COVID it's not hard to do a refi for us! Whatever you do, don't use Homebridge. After 6 months of waiting, including almost 2 months of Homebridge saying "it'll be done this week or next for sure" we are going to a new lender and refused to deal with Homebridge even if all we need to do know (according to Homebridge) is sign. read more

Absolute disgrace of a a company. It was expected that they make the process so complicated and difficult. I am a contractor that worked with a client on a 203 k loan. On two seperate occasions they sent my money to the wrong person. I have been done with the job for weeks and still nobody can tell me where my money is. Pure incompetence and lack of organization and effort. read more

I rarely write reviews but Brian, Ali, and Matt definitely needs a shout-out. I've had home loans from a credit union and several large banks in the past and the experience with Homebridge was over the top phenomenal. These guys make things happen and they don't sit on your file. Everyone shares a common goal and they don't take their eyes off of it. Matt qualifies you and sets you up for success, Ali keeps you focused on that goal of success and makes sure everything is on track, and the big boss Brian is in the background to put it all together. We are grateful we found you guys. Definitely will refer you to friends and family. read more

Steve Minkow is THE BEST I have worked with. He took us on after another lender (Prosperity) had dragged our loan out for 45 days and ultimately couldn't get it done. With the clock ticking, he pulled off a miracle and got us approved and funded within 2 1/2 weeks. He was professional, pleasant to work with, and empathic. I could not recommend him more enthusiastically. His team was also on point, responsive and helpful. read more

I Have to update my review. I previously used Homebridge Financial to buy and refi my house. The only reason I was repeatedly using HomeBridge financial was because of a previous positive experience that I had. This company has become a bunch of incompetent office workers. Because of my previous experience, I came back to try to refinance my house with Homebridge again. Brian, who never returns his calls, assigned me to a loan officer named Ismail. Ismail started me on the process of getting my refi loan started and then he disappeared. Two weeks after I called Ismail and left three messages, he finally decided to call me back. Ismail called back explaining that he was out of town with a condescending tone of voice. This conversation was nothing like the first conversation we had. Ismail was so rude to me compared from our first conversation that he had done a 180 and went from being polite to absolutely rude, condescending and incredibly unhelpful. It almost felt as though I had been talking to a different person. As soon as I heard his tone of voice, I canceled my refinance process. Please stay away from him. Don't get trapped by his fake personality. This company doesn't really care about their customers. First of all, there should be a system that when a loan officer is out of town: 1) They temporarily designate a reliable person that can cover a loan officer and 2) Inform their clients in advance that they will not be available from that time so the clients will not have an impression of being ignored. I took my business to another mortgage company. What a relief that I don't need to deal with a bunch of idiots. read more

Brian Minkow and the team at Homebridge Financial Services are hands-down the best loan-closing team in the state. I had a difficult closing due to unexpected documentation issues with the building I was purchasing in, and they took the bull by the horns and got the loan done. Not only did they accomplish this in less than a month, but they made it look easy. I will never forget the attention to detail, the communication along the way, and the thoughtfulness of those working on getting my loan done. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else for a lending team, just give Brian a call. read more

Brian Minkow is ranked #1 as the top 200 mortgage originators in the country, according to the Mortgage Executive magazine Winter 2016. Mr. Minkow (pronounced min - ko) provided excellent customer service for me and my parents. He adeptly found the smartest, most cost-saving, and best option in deciding how to process our loan. I saw that he was looking out for our best interest and I am so grateful! I am especially impressed that he was willing and able to process our loan on a rush basis and faster than anyone else could process! It is no wonder you are the top mortgage lender in the country! Since he is a direct lender, there are some benefits to going with him than with a larger bank. For example, he can provide a loan up to $630,000 without the jumbo rate. I wish you continued success and a wonderful 2017, Brian and the Prospect Mortgage Family! Very sincerely yours, Katherine J. Lee and Parents read more

Stay away from Prospect Mortgage. Especially John Wade! They will drag you for months adding more and more requests every time that you'll contact them, eventually to find out they can only do your refinance as an investor loan! We live in our house. I'm not going to rent it in order to get a refi! read more

Knowing how hard it is to earn 5* reviews ... this company deserves all 5. My last home purchase was 20 years ago .. a lot has changed. From prompt responses to easing all my fears and concerns ... these guys work hard - fast - and with integrity. Thanks to them I am now a homeowner once again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR SURE. read more

Brian Minkow and Jack Lalwani were outstanding from A to Z. They work as a team with excellent knowledge and communication between all parties (Seller, Buyer, Underwriter and Escrow Co.), from gathering the correct documentation needed from me the first time, getting my loan approved (which was not an easy one) and funding my loan in record time, these guys worked very hard and always kept me informed on every step of the way. I'm glad I made the call to Brian Minkow at Prospect Mortgage in Westlake. I'm 1000% completely satisfied with the results him (Brian) and Jack Lalwani has provided me. Down-to-earth, and easy to talk to while remaining professional, efficient, and hard-working is all you can ask for when it comes to big events in your live such as buying a house. I am already telling all my friends to call these World Class Mortgage Team. read more

I don't know that I could ever say enough about this group! This was our first home buying experience and I am so grateful my husband and I had the opportunity to work with John Wade and his team. I have heard nightmare stories about the home buying process, but our experience was far from that! No stress, no hang ups, and certainly no nightmare stories. They made this process so simple and easy. They answered all of our questions and the communication and efficiency was superb. John is amazing and really simplified the most complicated concepts when it came down to purchasing and the loan itself (especially for a first time home buyer) He did everything he could to make this work in our favor and he simply is the best out there, hands down. Not only that but he truly went out of his way to make himself available to us....I think my husband called him on a Saturday with a question. He had caught John right before he was going to go on a morning run, but John insisted that it was fine and to ask away. Not only did he answer my husbands questions but as soon as he was done with his run, he followed up with an email that had a breakdown of everything he had explained to us earlier. If you are considering purchasing, refinancing, whatever it may be come to HomeBridge...you will not be disappointed. They are, to put it simply, the best in the business. read more

My wife and I just closed on our second home. Both loans have been through John and his AMAZING team over at Prospect Mortgage. 6 years ago John got us our first loan (FHA) and the process was very smooth and amazing. This time around our new realtor had her own broker and advised us to use them to make it all easy. After dealing with this other "Broker" for about 2 months of going in circles and BS, My wife and I had to call John and told him we only had 1 month before the deadline can he please make it happen for us? Well as normal John and Ali got right on it and made it all happen the right way. So now we own our second home thanks to John, Ali and the whole Prospect team. We will NEVER use or trust anyone else when it comes to Home Finical needs. We keep referring them to anyone we know that's getting a home or refinancing their home. Thank you John and Prospect Mortgage for everything. read more

Delivered financing on time and with great terms. Brian and his team are awesome. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Prospect Mortgage to anyone looking for a home loan. These folks are honest hardworking people. I had the pleasure to work with Steve, Brian, Melissa and Marisela. This experience was unlike any other loan experience I have had. What they say is the truth. It was a pleasant surprise to know what was said through email and phone conversations was actually present on our loan docs when we went to the Escrow office to sign papers. I had 2 other home loans before and this wasn't the case with another company. It seemed with the other company what they told you over the phone was different the day of signing. These guys are very professional, and pleasant to work with. They were on their "A game". They made it happen in a very short period of time and when I requested to have the loan close sooner they made it happen. If you are looking for a home loan use these guys and ask for Steve or Brian, they will make it happen. They made our dream of owning another home a reality. read more

Very appreciative of Brian, Matt, Ramin, and the whole team at Homebridge Financial. This team made our home loan happen, and fast. They provided foresight and clarity about what would be required. Their communication was always quick, clear, and friendly, from start to finish (so valued in the home buying process, which can be stressful!). Thank you for helping us buy this home! Highly recommend this group. read more

Steve Minkow was great, super friendly and responsive. However, America Perez made the whole experience very unpleasant. She is completely unresponsive, asks 50 times the same information, you have to ask her 20 times to send the accurate documents. Her unreliability and lack of communication caused me unnecessary stress. read more

I'm a real estate agent. The buyer I was helping was using a loan broker they found. That loan broker did not foresee several challenges that kept delaying the loan's approval. On day 40 of the escrow, the listing agent recommended John Wade and Ali Straky at Prospect Mtg. Within 10 days John and Ali completed the file and had loan docs in escrow. They were able to do in 10 days what the other lender could not do in 50. I strongly endorse John and Ali's work ethic and their ability to do what they say they will do. read more

John Wade and the team at Prospect Mortgage are simply the best. In the 8+ years that I've worked with John, he's helped me purchase my first home (FHA loan), refinance twice and will be the broker I use for my next home purchase. John's expertise, diligence and incredible ability to patiently answer all questions has resulted in referrals to my family members, who became exclusive customers to Prospect Mortgage. Like most people, the purchase of a home is the mot expensive and complex transaction I have undertaken. I am so grateful to John and his colleagues at Prospect Mortgage for helping to make the experience a positive one! read more

Super sad that I have to write this review. We used Homebridge when we bought our house two years ago in April 2020. Steve Minkow was wonderful and helped us throughout the entire process. It went smooth and in a timely manner. We decided to try to refinance in September and of course decided Homebridge was the best choice. We officially started our paperwork in October, after speaking with Steve multiple times and feeling it was a good move. We even went so far as to paying for a rush fee to get our home appraised before we went out of town so they had everything they need paperwork wise. Flash forward to January and we were still asked for paperwork. So we quickly got them whatever they needed within the hour of them asking. Not to mention my principal was asked multiple times to submit job verification for me and was not happy either. (Even used the word incompetent a few times. I was upset because we loved Steve and I would never speak bad on him.) So now its February and we are asked to sign disclosure forms which stated loan should close 2/26 and fund 3/3 (my birthday so I remembered clearly). Here comes first week in march and they ask us permission to run our credit scores again because the previous are expired. So they run the scores, my score had dropped a few points and bam were out on a refinance rate and now don't qualify. So 6 months after we start the paperwork, we are basically told we are screwed, its our fault and nothing can be done. Also they weren't even professional enough to say this. I had to reach out asking what was happening, when I received a response saying "nothing can be done at this time." SOOOOOOO mad that we wasted money with an appraisal that means nothing now, countless time sending paperwork and following up whenever they needed us to and missed out on a lower rate, debt being paid off with equity and a lower house payment. They dropped the ball big time and I will never recommend them. Sad to say that too, but I guess we weren't a priority. read more

Mr. Brian Minkow from Prospect Mortgage and his entire team John, Ali, Jessica, Timra are all great and very pleasant to work with. I came to Brian on this particular deal because my buyer was having trouble getting a loan from the other lenders. When the other guys said NO Brian said YES. I had worked with Brian in other past deals and he has kept his status just the same. He is very knowledgeable, patient and very communicative which are all very important to me. Not only did Brian approved my buyers loan, but we closed escrow sooner than we thought. If you want a straight forward answer and you want to get a loan done right, Brian and his team are who you should work with. I have nothing but great things to say about Brian and his awesome team. Thank you guys. Great Job. You will be highly recommended and I am looking forward to doing business with you guys again. read more

I just finished a loan with Brian Minkow and can't tell you how pleased I am. What Brian and his team were able to accomplish in getting the loan, would simply be an impossible task for an average loan agent. Brian is not your average guy; he can make things happen for you. I strongly recommend the services of Brian Minkow, if you are shopping for a new loan. Great with communication; sometimes, even late hours of the day. His staff handles a lot of the processing and they deserve to be recognized as well. So, sincere thanks to Marisela and Matt for getting my loan done. Looking forward to working with you guys in the future. Thanks again. read more

Brian M.& John W. were the best part of our home purchase and refi . When every other lender who was involved in our transaction in the past delayed us for some reason or another, John and Brian closed my purchase loan in 21 days with no head ache. They made the process easy. I especially appreciated John taking my calls on weekends and even after 6 pm. He was very responsive to all questions and came to our closing to make sure that all of the complicated documents we were signing were in order and up to date. Since I bought my home I have now refinanced twice, and every time its been smooth. read more

I wanted to say thank you to Brian Minkow and Matt Noltemeyer for their amazing service during my refinance. I had been trying to refinance my home for 5 months and the larger banks either had a 3-4 month wait, or couldn't help me. Brian and Matt were diligent, knowledgeable, and were always able to ease my concerns. They closed my refinance in less than 4 weeks, which was extremely helpful after having waited months to get this done. Brian and Matt are an amazing team. Matt responded to every call and email within minutes (other lenders would take days or weeks to respond) and always addressed my concerns. I would highly recommend prospect mortgage, especially Brian and Matt to anyone looking to purchase a home or refinance. Their team of processors, America and Nathan, were also extremely helpful and always had urgency to get this done in a timely manner. If you are thinking of going with a larger bank, save your time and go with prospect! read more
