Had an appointment for a kitchen consultation on 1st January. The lady (Kelly I think) was very good at the time even though the system kept freezing. We had ouor old plans with measurements from the last time we had a kitchen from Homebase and she worked from them. She planned the kitchen and it looked great and then she made an appointment with the fitter so that he could come and see the kitchen in person to give us a quote for the fitting. He came and the dimensions were wrong and he got back in touch with Homebase and she called me and said that she wouold re-plan the kitchen. I told her to send me the new design and to date I have not heard anything from Homebase. Our appointment ran over the two hours and I got a parking ticket as I had been there for over 90 minutes. This is really poor service I thought I would have at least got a call back or even sent the new design - most disappointing. read more
