We had an appointment at 3:00pm on 6/20/2017. Joe called at 2:40 asking if we could meet early and I returned the call 5 minutes later at 2:45. The number that he called from was their office number in NJ and they had to communicate to him that I was fine with an early meeting. Then he called again, left a message that he was not able to find a parking space (NOT a fact at this time of the day in my neighborhood). I contacted him again at 2:50pm and he was on his way to the next appointment. I checked where he was, he said at 67th street.... In 5 minutes he was at 67th street from Center City???? At 2:55pm I called Tony at the office to report the lack of service (note that 2:55pm was before the time of my scheduled appointment with Joe). Tony had been very helpful a few days prior, to get all the information and organize the field inspection with the salesman Joe. However, when the incident was reported, he was polite but non-committal, like he could not do anything about it but knew about the problem with sales...? I am not sure what has happened. Philadelphia is to far? Too complicated for a NJ organization? They have a communication problem? I will never know but I cannot trust this company with the safety of my family and will use someone else.

Places such as the new kitchen cabinets were not wiped or vacuumed, countertop had a layer of dust on it, ceiling fan still had a thick layer of dust etc... I don't think it was Amanda since the areas she cleaned were generally fine. I think the assistant that was with her wasn't really doing her job and Amanda had to redo a few of the areas that the assistant was supposed to be responsible for until she ran out of time. It just sucks for me to have to clean over many of the areas myself when help was hired.
