I normally go somewhere else for preventative care for my pups. My golden needed immediate attention and England Run was more than happy and willing to get my boy seen as soon as possible. Tiffany was AMAZING! She grabbed all my pet's information prior to my arrival for a seamless experience. As soon as we arrived vitals were taken and we went straight into a room. The lady who helped with triage was so kind and patient with my questions and detailed information of what was happening to my boy. When the Dr. Peterson came in, she was very thorough, she was kind, gave me all the information I needed to make the best path forward for my boy. He started progressively getting better shortly after our visit, thanks to the England Run team! A week later I called to get records resent and Rockstar Tiffany was able to get them sent over and Erin was kind enough to provide me with additional information I needed as well about my boy's visit. When booking the appointment I had called a few times with questions and the girls at the front were SO kind and friendly. Eager to help and really did well to make sure I had anything I needed answered and went above and beyond. In fact when I was driving to my appointment I realized I didn't have my previous vets paperwork for my pet and 15 mins prior to my appointment she was calling them herself to have them sent over without me even having to run home to get the copies or anything. Even though it was totally my fault I forgot. Then in the exam room Dr Drake was sooo good with my cat. It was a thorough exam and while she was doing it the whole time the other vet helping her was giving my cat a treat and it made it so easy on everyone involved. I've never seen my cat so calm at a vet visit before! They offer great insurance programs too for pets to get routine care as necessary.

Despite this, we were kept waiting past our appointment time as the front desk staff seemed preoccupied chatting. My dog ended up peeing on the floor, and I had to leave her for a few hours to allow her bladder to fill again. While the vet was great with Penny, I felt that the front desk's communication was poor. One person confirmed my dog's health records had been received from her previous doctor, but when I arrived, I was told her immunization records were missing. I was also told she would look into this and follow up with me via phone, but I received no call. I have no idea where that netted out. Overall, I think my dog had a good visit and there is plenty of parking in this shopping center.

We tried another vet first.. they recommended things we didn't need, had awful pricing and terrible front staff. When her next vaccine was due, I decided to give Staples Mill a try. They were a breath of fresh air! First, a vet tech told me the frequency of gland expressions was probably unnecessary and actually could make things worse. Waitttt a vet that wants to save me money instead of an unnecessary procedure? I'm in! This continued with our next check where they agreed a tooth extraction was unnecessary unless it caused complications, especially given the risks of surgery and anesthesia for my pet's age. Not only is the service great, they give estimates immediately, and costs are decent. Even when referring us out to another hospital, they have an idea of the projected cost. Our previous vet couldn't give me an estimate for the unnecessary surgery, despite asking 3 times! Finally, wanted to mention the front staff is wonderful! A dog lost it bowels on the front walk, and my 3 year old stepped in it. We came in just to warn them, and they immediately went to clean it, but also insisted on taking my son's shoe and cleaning it and disinfecting it!
