We called Dr. Tran & she spoke to us personally. Dr. Tran was thorough. She asked for all of our cats recent records & bloodwork to be sent to her , took her time listening to our concerns, gave us her recommendations & gave us estimates. Dr. Tran prescribed the antibiotics & by the next day we started seeing improvements. The meds helped clear up her infection so our cat was able to eat. Dr. Tran & her staff are caring & patient.
