Mattresses and pillows were so-so. Glad our room was on the opposite side from the Interstate. So no road noise. As another Yelp reviewer stated, the walls between the rooms are like paper. We didn't have anyone next door until our final night, and we could hear everything being said next door! Like many extended stay hotels, they service your room every other day. As we checked in on a Tuesday, we were told our room would be cleaned on Thursday (Thanksgiving). When we discovered our room wasn't cleaned, I learned from the front desk that the housekeepers would only clean rooms that were being vacated. Not a big thing, but I wish the staffer who checked us in had communicated that.

I don't get Diamond Member Parking for this location, if you had a massive building and a parking garage then I would understand because of how much more rooms you'd have, but for this.
