Both the doctor and his dental hygienists are professional, personable and gentle when it comes to the routine cleaning. Fillings are relatively quick and painless. My family has had more complicated procedures and are pleased with the results. Dr. Terry also referred me to a great orthodontist as a teenager and oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal. He is also skilled in preventing, detecting, and treating dental problems in their early stages. Although he is closed on Fridays, Dr. Terry goes out of his way for emergency procedures. A few years ago, the Frost practice relocated to a new office. It has ample parking in comparison to his former location. The facilities are clean and modern, each equipped with a television to watch movies while you're being worked on. And I have to say, its true and I am very surprised there are no reviews for his practice. I have been coming here since before I can remember. I have never had a cavity so really all I could speak to before were the cleanings. Which have always been great, but today I went in for an hour long procedure and the lady taking care of me was a doll. She calmed my anxiety and Dr. Godfroy was talking me through it the whole way. My worst fear is being "tricked." I know that sounds dumb, but I had a nurse once say I wasn't going to get a shot, and then stabbed me with a needle and I passed out. I would much rather know what is coming so my expectations are on point and he made sure I was aware, but not to worry. The procedure was painless and I am sitting here wondering why I got myself so freaked out about it. I had the laughing gas, and the numbing agent and I couldn't feel any pain. Zip. Zero. Dr. Godfroy tells it like it is, in a charming and very comforting way. He has been in the industry forever and his knowledge is incredible. That stigma of the crazy dentist in movies has finally suppressed in my mind and I feel safe and confident that if I ever have any problems Dr. Godfroy will take care of me and do what is in my best interest.

Terrible experience. Went in June 2025 and scheduled with Dr. Seeley for IV sedation and Dr…read more Franklin for the procedure on July 15, 2025. Go on Tuesday for the procedure after taking the 10mg Valium they prescribed. I get there and Dr. Seeley does not show. Dr. Franklin won't do the sedation. He continues to try to pressure me to do the surgery without it. He offers Halcion when I told him it's never worked for me which is why I chose IV sedation that their website says they do. My whole phobia of dentists and anxiety will not let me. He then cancels and refuses it all. Says he will try to reschedule months away. I haven't been able to eat food in over three months and I scheduled it now because of my work schedule and kids sports schedules I was working around. Not to mention working around both doctors schedules. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Not caring at all. Not to mention Dr. Seeley could have call and cancelled. My FMLA was scheduled to start from work today for this procedure and I had to miss work for nothing. They didn't want to cancel because they wanted to force me through it.
