Prior to choosing WestPro, we did our due diligence. We identified and sought proposals from several contractors held in high esteem, to include WestPro. West Pro provided us with a fully understandable, highly detailed proposal covering all contingencies to include an offer to assist in financing the cost of this significant project for our community. Jordan spent hours with us patiently and carefully explaining what was needed, the value of James Hardie Siding and what WestPro will provide. WestPro has been and is one the most professional siding contractors in the industry. From initial contact all the way through our completed project, the team at WestPro was highly communicative. Throughout this recreation of our community, Jordan and Clay frequently met with us onsite to make sure that all contingencies were addressed and met. In certain instances, specific needs were identified by Jordan and Clay that did not fall under the original scope of work. Jordan and Clay immediately provided solutions and mitigated the challenge typically without additional cost to our community. West Pro expertly provided high-end customer service experience is second to none. Personally, as a 4-generation, real estate development, construction, and reconstruction family business, I have never experienced a contractor like WestPro. I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very…read moredifferent experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

What's worse is they don't call and say they are not coming. Each time they would call a few days later, or one time a week later, or two times they didn't call at all - I had to call them and ask why they didn't show up. The excuse was usually that they had other work that dragged over. I finally had to fire them. Don't hire this company if you want the work done in a timely manner. In fact, don't hire them at all -- you will be sorry!! I am very glad they did not get the chance to actually do the siding work at my home, as I have no doubt their work is as sloppy as their reliability.

And, as I recall, Steve came over to see me the same same day I left a voice message for him. I had an estimate two days later. How often do you see customer service like that? I hired Ayers Home Repair (Ayers Construction) to to replace fascia boards, siding, repaint, and to fix the mess another contractor had made of replacing my windows. Steve used to be a home builder, so he knows every aspect of home repair. He also knows what windows, paint, and materials give you the best quality and value for your dollar. They did such a great job several people knocked on our door asking us who had done the work for us. If Steve and his crew don't do it themselves, he can recommend someone he knows who has the same high quality work ethic. (I used someone he recommended to me for gutters, and he also did a nice job). So, for painting, siding, windows, or any home repairs, I highly recommend Ayers Home Repair. In fact, I'm planning to hire Ayers Home Repair to finish my basement next year.

He made excellent recommendations (new siding, new roof for house and garage, paint house and garage, new gutters), told us when they'd start and when they'd be finished (actually wound up starting almost a month sooner, which we were fine with, and aside from limitations due to weather they finished everything in the number of days he said it would take), and throughout the entire project he and Jack were in touch with us regularly, making sure we were happy with how things were progressing.
