We found the price to be fair and reasonable. Anton connected us with a collaborative designer with whom he works closely (Bonnie Johnson, Spruce & Steel Design). Bonnie added a synergistic fit with Anton, providing him with critical detailed drawings and managed us (the clients) relative to design choices such as tile, lighting, hardware fixtures, etc. What stood out as exceptional was the quality of the crew and the work each of them did. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). He returned a reasonable bid and started the job shortly after our original meeting. I found John to be incredible at communication and being on time.
