She was very attentive and always available to talk when we had questions. She helped us get a competitive offer in on our dream home the same day we viewed it, even staying up late with us to make sure we got it in as quickly as possible. We appreciated Michelle's honesty and transparency, giving us honest feedback about our offer strategy and what to expect throughout the process. She explained things clearly in a way that made it easy to understand for a couple people with no experience in real estate. She was also instrumental in getting us help with lenders, home inspections, and final negotiations in escrow. All in all, we can't can't say enough good things about our experience with Michelle. And we certainly wouldn't have landed our home without her!

Now, as we navigate the current housing market in Orange County, finding a rental in a vibrant community like Tricon Wildomar has been a significant relief for us. It's provided us with the opportunity to prepare for our next phase while enjoying a supportive living environment. I want to highlight the incredible service we received from Fabi, the leasing consultant at Tricon. She has been nothing short of outstanding, providing us with valuable assistance and guidance throughout the process. Her team member, Kyla, was equally enjoyable to work with, and the entire staff has demonstrated transparency and a commitment to customer service that is often hard to find. Before making our decision, I read numerous reviews and had many questions. I'm not one to rely on hearsay; I prefer to gather my own insights. After my experience, I can confidently say that Tricon Wildomar exceeds expectations. The staff's dedication and willingness to address concerns only reinforced our decision to rent here. I wholeheartedly recommend Tricon Wildomar to anyone searching for a friendly, professional, and supportive rental community. Their commitment to residents is truly exceptional.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!…read more Worst place to live. Claimed damages that didn't exist and not only kept our entire security deposit, and even charged us an additional $600+. They charged us to professionally clean the carpets (which we did!!!) and then charged us to REPLACE THE CARPETS. Both charges together were $900+. I had to go back and forth with multiple departments to have the charges removed and thankfully I recorded the entire unit upon move out incase something like this happened. At the move out inspection, the inspector was there for 4 minutes ( we timed it) and told us there was no visible damage we had to fix. Shitty front office, Jessica is rude and Jannah is great when she's there, which is rarely. They are NEVER THERE AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE EVER. We moved out months ago and left WiFi equipment (we assumed we could leave it because WiFi was through tricon & that was our mistake). Anyway we got a $500 bill because the equipment wasn't returned. Again our fault. So we called tricon 50x a day for over a month and left multiple messages and emails to the front office. Never once did they answer the phones, but they also never replied to voicemails or emails. My partner went to the location multiple times to get assistance on retrieving the WiFi equipment and no one was ever there. The new tenants understandably did not want us to retrieve the equipment and asked for assistance from the front office, but they aren't there ever!!!! ALSO, when we moved in, the pony wall at the top of the stairs fully shifted when leaned against it, and the sink entirely fell out while I was filling it up to soak a shirt in. It's very poorly built. AND ON NEW YEARS EVE 2025 there was a shooting and police stand off inside of the complex, which the facility failed to ever address.
