The team was so, so nice and cracked some good jokes. They were totally non-judgmental about the state of things (it was pretty bad) and worked tirelessly to get everything out (including ~10 very heavy filling cabinets that were in the basement on a hot, humid day). At one point they were double checking that all the shelves were empty in some cabinets and found some old family photos that we had missed - talk about going above and beyond! Ross was also able to recommend a contact who buys second hand goods, for some of the nicer things that still had value and that we were struggling to figure out what to do with.
