However, the thing that really sold us was that they also install pavers, and we needed to replace our existing pavers. As we talked, I stated we would like to extend our porch using all new pavers. Paul stated that he also could help oversee that process as well. Paul had all the best contacts in the area for installing the footers, the screen, electrical outlets & fans, etc. required for the project. Our project had the following elements - 1- A Beautiful white Fence Install, with old fence removal included 2- Gorgeous Pavers installed on existing front porch, & new back porch 3- A Wonderful new Kitchen (that Paul built) with a large grill, granite top, 3 drawers to store things, along with an outdoor fridge. 4- A 10ft porch addition with new Screen & roof installed (contracted out) 5- Additional outlets and Fans were installed (contracted out) 6- The house was painted & was an A+ job (contracted out) - (Paul even helped me pick a color from my samples, that is just stunning). He is licensed, insured, professional, responsive and punctual! We had water damage to our floors so I reached out to Dave and he immediately replied and later came by to look at the damage. He determined a section of our floor would need to be replaced and mildew was developing below the floor boards. That evening he sent us an estimate for replacing the floors in the living room and the next day he came out and removed the section of the floor with the water damage, thus removing the mold and allowing the remaining floor to dry. He brought floor samples so we could pick a pattern we liked. We schedule the installation and he and his team arrived as scheduled and left the house looking great.
