This agency was contracted for care for an elderly parent requiring 60+ hours of care per week. The first 17 days of care they were a no show one day and late five times. (late being over one hour), The owner of the company has acted in a very unprofessional manner by calling and stating that my new service needs to start asap and advising that they would not be sending an aide the next scheduled day at 4 pm on a Friday then hung up. (Yes, I had started the process of changing services, but they are not approved to begin yet). The complete unprofessional behavior does not stop with the termination of services phone call to me. The aide with my mother was told to "Take the care book and lock it in your car before you leave". Why would she place her employees in that position? Bottom line is this is a very short sighted company. If they survive in business with this kind of treatment to the families they care it will be nothing short of a miracle. I for one plan to pass the word along to all that will listen. Stay Clear of this firm.
