At 2:30 they still hadn't shown up so I called my local office and they had been waiting for 2 days for a discharge from my nurse Kevin. My local office called them to get Kevin to discharge me. After about 90 minutes I still hadn't received a call,so I called the office in Louisville and it had been done for over an hour. I had to ask them to call my office so my paperwork could get done. I'm so displeased with how the nurse and the office handled my discharge if I ever have to stay at my daughters again I WON'T be using Caretenders !!!

Additionally, the front door was left unlocked on the way out, leaving me in a dangerous and precarious position when I was least able to handle a situation like that. My pain medications were missing as well, unfortunately. When I contacted BrightStar about my experience, the owner/ manager could have cared less. Very indifferent to the care their organization provides. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs.
