At the time that we started having two three hour shifts of one person to help my mom & dad in their home, morning and evening it looked to be a good fit and took some weight off my shoulders as I was cooking & eating a few dinners a week with them and lots of other things. But as time went on and I saw the evening shift encouraging an acquaintance to turn in the evening shift for an imagined infraction because of infighting and competition that this passive aggressive, controlling, woman couldn't resist, I changed my mind. Then she started intriguing with other members of my family to change and destroy a meal plan that I had maintained for a long time. A vote of No Confidence! read more

Bob Maguire is the Franchise Owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Wyoming. The business opened its doors in Cheyenne in March of 2006. Since that time the company has expanded operations to meet the needs of seniors living in Casper, Douglas and Laramie areas as well. Home Instead has provided care for hundreds of seniors in Wyoming through their unique, relationship-driven model of care that focuses on engaging local seniors socially while performing tasks that ensure they are safe within their homes. When an individual is in need of care for themselves or a loved one and would like to discuss our services further we set up a Care Consultation. At a Care Consultation we make a visit to the home, perform a home safety check and spend the rest of our time gaining an understanding of their loved ones needs. The physical therapist that worked with me was amazing. However, the company I cannot speak the…read moresame about. After being told that my therapy was going to be covered 100% I received a bill 3 months after my services for $840!! Because they waited so long to process my claims and I had started outpatient PT my yearly amount of PT sessions had been used up and the insurance company did not cover any expense leaving me with 100% responsibility of the cost. I had two knee replacement surgeries last year so needless to say my checking account is a little thin as I am having to pay off two surgeries. I would strongly urge to use a different company. They do not even give a discount to those that are struggling financially. I have other chronic medical conditions that also require me to pay a substantial amount monthly for medications that keep me alive and they expect me come up with an unexpected $840 bill?? They are out of there mind. To the company....I would highly suggest getting a more accurate depiction of the cost someone is going to incur and inform them of that prior to just sending an $840 invoice out of the blue.
