I express my concern about the health of my family member and possible needs she might have, and she kept interrupting me and cutting me off saying that she was not running a hospice. This lady should not have access to anyone's home since she does not care one bit about anything but money not people she is supposed to be helping. She even hung up the phone on me. Please, if you really care about your family, look for some other service. Rosly Kingsbury is the rudest most uneducated person I have ever spoken to, and she should not have a business trying to help anyone since she does not care.

Our family was placed at ease knowing we had BUWLC to take care of the little thing that can cause so much worry & take too much time. Groceries shopping, preparing food & assisting with feeding & much more. Keeping up with Dr. appointments & paying attention to little things like cleaning the house & setting up service calls. One thing I remember is BUWLC having a phone set up with big numbers so Grandma could see without any problem and pushing one number to call different family members when she needed. Sometime we just needed a vacation week and Grandma was taken care. We were placed at ease knowing every thing was in order. I could go on & on but it was like an extra hand pulling my Grandma up to enjoy the last of her days with quality of life. We all needed that extra hand. I needed that extra hand of loving care.

Starting from the top DON Megan who just happened to stop by yesterday she's not only Director of nursing she's also a nurse who comes out to check on her clients the staff is wonderful all the way to candy in the office the intake nurse to my home health nurses and the therapy staff is awesome as well Stan is my therapist and has been for the last 2 1/2 years I went from not able to walk to walking with braces to walking with a walker and now can walk on my own! I highly recommend Imfinite Health Care to everyone and anyone if you have any questions feel free to ask!

My mother has been yelled at, no showed on, non consistent care, they make up completely fabricated…read morethings to refuse care, when their staff is this incompetent ones. The very first nurse that ever came out was so mean, I actually felt threatened in our own home, she answered the phone speaking so hateful to other patients, we kept trying to give them a chance but to be honest it just got worse. They will offer one time to come, then if you have a doc appointment they will not come around your schedule at all. However will state you refused the visit when it's your wound care doctor you are seeing. My mom has very bad wounds that will possibly have to be amputated soon... and this company has done nothing but make her wounds worse with the lack of care they have provided. They are required to give written notice and when I called to ask for that... I was yelled at by Shawna, and told to do her wound care myself... which I HAVE NOT EVER DONE, nor have I been educated by their company to do. We also never received any wound care supplies, I asked and begged nu to supply us with the correct wound care supplies and was refused constantly. I sure hope they have not been billing Medicare for supplies we are not receiving. I can not believe this is the way people are treating the elderly who are sick, and need care, at this company. I am beyond upset and have spoken to my attorney regarding this as they did not take the legal steps to drop my mothers care. If they drop your care, don't call and ask for anything cause they will just yell and hang up on, luckily I have that conversation recorded! If I could leave zero stars I would. I am her advocate; I'm all that she has... I can not imagine how she would be treated if I was not here. That is truly how bad, and unprofessional this company has treated my mother, we sat by and said nothing at first,.. but as soon as I started asking questions and requesting things they should legally be required to do... we were dropped! I sure hope for all their other patients sake they get it together and treat others a lot better than we were treated. I have no other way to express these things than on here since NO ONE WOULD LISTEN TO ME BUT JUST YELL when I called.
