I spoke with the owner Roslyn Kingsbury about the possibility of having her service in my family member's home. She was extremely rude and condescending when I was asking questions. I express my concern about the health of my family member and possible needs she might have, and she kept interrupting me and cutting me off saying that she was not running a hospice. This lady should not have access to anyone's home since she does not care one bit about anything but money not people she is supposed to be helping. She even hung up the phone on me. Please, if you really care about your family, look for some other service. Angelia Washington Loving Care My Grandma was loved dearly and BLESSING U WITH LOVING CARE was the best! I would not have wanted it any other way. Our family was placed at ease knowing we had BUWLC to take care of the little thing that can cause so much worry & take too much time. Groceries shopping, preparing food & assisting with feeding & much more. Keeping up with Dr. appointments & paying attention to little things like cleaning the house & setting up service calls. One thing I remember is BUWLC having a phone set up with big numbers so Grandma could see without any problem and pushing one number to call different family members when she needed. Sometime we just needed a vacation week and Grandma was taken care. We were placed at ease knowing every thing was in order. I could go on & on but it was like an extra hand pulling my Grandma up to enjoy the last of her days with quality of life. We all needed that extra hand. After reading the previous review it is totally opposite of what my family experienced. First off we have had the most incompetent workers what so ever come into our home. Ms. Roselyn is the most unprofessional business owner that I have done business with. When you call her about something first off she never calls back within a reasonable amount of time. She was given direction not to call my mother but to call me because my mother would get everything twisted up or not even tell me that she called. We went through several workers because they never lived up to expectations that were lined out on the website of Blessing You With Loving Care. They were supposed to be Personal Care Assistants as defined by State of Texas standards which is defined as doing the following which was listed also on her website at one time before it was taken down. Bathing Eating Assisting with toileting Dressing Assisting with walking Laundry Light housework Meal preparation After an instance with one of the workers I tried calling her and didn't get a response I had my husband leave a review on her website that immediately get a response back. We had a phone meeting with her and she said to list out the duties that we wanted the worker to do which we did but the worker didn't want to follow the duties list and we ended up having a in person meeting which the unprofessional-ism really reared its ugly head when she was laughing in my husbands face until he gave her 30 days to get the situation in check. Well this week the worker grabbed my mother by her forehead an jerked my mother's neck and head back which was caught on video by our camera in our home. We sent the video to Roselyn and she stated I quote "I don't see anything wrong with it". What kind of bull*&$# comment was that. I have the video and emails from her and this does not sit well with me and I'm sure it will not be with powers to be. She stated we should and I quote "should get an housekeeper". Well the above definition states that within the State of Texas definition of a personal care assistant that the light housekeeping is a job duty. I wish her well but everyone should think once, twice and three times before making a decision. read more

Roselyn and her staff truly do provide loving care. They are competent, kind, and reliable. Most of all, they have blessed me with peace of mind that my mother, who has dementia, is receiving the care she needs and my father has support while they remain in their home. My parents look forward to seeing their helpers and I know someone else is looking after them besides me. Roselyn is great at keeping me informed which also eases my worries. We are thankful to have found Roselyn and her employees for our home health care needs! read more
