They took some pics, showed me the issues and said they would have an estimate on Monday. Monday morning, the estimate arrived, and it included a 14 minute narrated video, and with pointers! The video showed everything wrong, both inside and out. We goy 2 estimates: 1 to fix the current issue and 1 that fixed the issues on all 3 dormers, as well as some cracked wood on the dormer front, which needed replacing. We selected fix all, and they came the next day to fix the inside leaks.
