Gary has completed five projects on my house. the first was a new roof with three skylights . I was…read moreso satisfied that I then had the house siding replaced. Once again , completed on time and perfectly done. The following job was to rip out a decaying basement floor and and replace it with tile , adding a powder room and a drop ceiling . The job was done to perfection and added so much more living room to the house. Gary installed a Fujitsu air conditioning system with two splits ; one for the down stairs and the second for the bedroom. I wish I had done that sooner and again the project was perfectly completed. The last job was done during the summer of 2025. As a senior citizen I replaced my two stoops and the bath on the first floor. He added an extra step to both stoops and a re-enforced wrought iron hand rail. It came out exceeding my expectations ! He removed the window , installed a shower with a wall niche for shampoo , and a safety bar for entering the shower and exiting the shower . I had another company install a shower door. When they were finished ,the two workman told me beside being beautifully done the room was perfectly square. He showed me the seam of the closed door and it was totally flush with the tile. No leaks when you use Gary's crew for the job. It re-enforced what I already knew: IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT USE GARY COURIER HOME IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE JOB ! Thank you, Bill Finley

They did my kitchen addition and first floor renovation and every day that I get home from work I have a smile on my face, seeing the quality of the construction that was done. Finish work was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. Remember that when you go into a home construction project it is not HGTV, where a complete house is built in one hour. Sitting through any construction project is stressful, but these guys were great.

My mother bought a wreck and Ambassador transformed it into a beautiful home. We redesigned the entire home. We moved every room , every window location, moved the stairs to the basement, added stairs to the attic, installed new siding, turned a two car garage into a one car garage (increasing living space) , converted to gas, added a laundry room on the first floor, installed new electric and new plumbing throughout, installed on demand heat and hot water, cut a door into the side of the garage, added a sliding glass door, new oak floors throughout, and created a large open floor plan. My mother says everyone who visits is amazed. Project manager Joe Fiorella was great to work with. He is knowledgeable and hard working. Thank you Ambassador for giving my mother a beautiful, practical home. I will post pictures later bc she is still moving in and a lot of her stuff is still out of place.

As a brand-named general contractor, Ambassador hires certified professionals for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work. Thanks to their experience, town inspections were all positive, and the final walk-through was incredibly accommodating to ensure we will get our CO smoothly. It was a large project that required a bathroom addition, added wood flooring, wall removal, a beam support system, existing kitchen/bathroom expansion, and overall updating on all esthetics including windows, doors, etc. Not only was the job done to perfection, but it was also completed earlier than expected as Nelson and his crew are experts in what they do and are highly diligent, competent, reliable, and fast.  To top it all off, Nelson came in exactly on budget to his initial estimate.   Since our initial introduction and the first house renovation described, Nelson has been hired by me continually to do EVERY contracting project I always need. Additionally, I have recommended him to friends and family for both large and small projects and the reaction to Nelson and his work is always the same: "he's really fantastic, as is his work".   I will never use anyone else for contracting work both inside and outside of our home except Nelson.
