I would be careful what you buy. Their return policy states no returns once an item has been installed. I purchased 2 pantry pullouts. In order to determine if they worked, it required installing them, which voids the warranty. I tried to call them. It is impossible to speak with anyone. Everything was done by email. After 1 week of no help, I was forced to reinstall the items and I had to take off the part causing the problem. Just remember, if you buy something that requires installation, you are stuck with the product. I will never buy from them again. read more

I tried to use 3 different forms to cancel the order from their website and none of them worked. I sent emails with my information and the order number to cancel and no one responded or canceled my order. I would absolutely not recommend this company. I ordered some door knob parts, a spindle, a screw and a washer. Probably worth $1.00, but they charged me $40. Either replace the door knob or pay, so I paid. They sent me the wrong parts, and now ignore my request to have it resolved. Out $40 and my door is still busted. Never work with these guys unless you want to be taken advantage of. Update: They finally responded to me and have committed to correct the error with no additional charges. I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I ordered a set of hinges on friday 6/04/15 and paid for expedited delivery. Their website did not indicate that the Acorn Warehouse was closed on Fridays. I called on Monday to check on the status and that was when i was first advised that the warehouse was closed. The women said she would check status and email me. No email was received. I called today and was told it would probably be shipped today. I explained I was on a deadline with contractors and would not meet it now. I asked why it was not shipped yesterday and all she kept saying it is our obligation to have you receive it within 3-5 days when shipped. She never acknowledged that their website was misleading. I asked for the $19 back that I paid extra for shipping and she just kept repeating herself. Definitely lacking professionalism, courtesy and customer service. I ordered a pair of hinges and when I received the order it only had 1 hinge. I paid attention I was ordering a pair and not just a single side. I tried calling them for a week and each time I was immediately sent to a message that no one was available to take my call but to leave a number and they would call back, which I did. I never did get a call I also tried emailing sales to see if customer service was not getting my message but still no response. At this point I accept the loss (fortunately only about $25). The only reason they get one star is that I appreciate them letting me know I was getting complacent and trusting these Inet businesses without doing some research about them UPDATE: 9-1-16 I had checked my email just before writing the above review and had no responses. After I wrote this review and check my email I had a message saying an order has been shipped. What are the chances? (I don't believe they would have seen this review that fast). Anyway That's all the message said. No other message. It did arrive on 8-30-16 and they sent both hinges. Bottom line is they did evidently get my message but just did not let me know. DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE VENDOR! They make returning an item nearly impossible. We ordered a belt rack for $44. When we received it, we opened it to see if it would work in our closet. It would not work for our space so we contacted Home Decor regarding a return. We receieved an email stating that we could not return the item without a Return Authorizayion number and that they would email us that number within 3 days. When we received the RA# we were also imformed that they would not accept a return if it was opened, that we would incur a 25% restocking fee, that we would have to pay the return shipping, that it must be received within 10 days of this email date. I don't know how they think you would know if the item will work for you without opening it. If they even did accept it for a return after being opened, after the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping fee to get it back to them within 10 days, we'd be loosing half of what we paid for it. Shop instead with companies like AMAZON who know how to treat their customers and who make online returns easy and fair. read more
