We found Elcott through Rated People. More than disappointed with the work carried out. We paid…read morealmost all the money upfront as Jason Elcott said he needed this for the materials. On the first day, they failed to bring some of the parts with them so we had agreed that they would return to finish the job. We noted a lot of mistakes and faults and asked for them to be rectified. He returned with the parts but made the job worse. We agreed for him to come back a third time but he didn't. We have emailed and called and written to him asking for him to either rectify the job or refund our money but he has ignored all contact. We are now taking legal action to ensure we receive our money back for shocking workmanship. Please avoid using Elcott Carpentry & Joinery.
