Found one we liked, specifically asked if the door on the washer was able to be switched, per Tyler, yes it could be switched (stating this on the invoice). We decided to make the purchase. Set up for delivery between 9am-12pm, got a call at 11:50 stating drivers will be late. Drivers arrived at 1:30pm, (Juan and Will) who were amazing and very informative. But the issue was - the specific washer we purchased the door was not able to be switched. Juan called Tyler and was on speaker phone. At first Tyler denied saying he told us the washer door was switchable, he said he told us the dryer could be switched not washer. BUT on the invoice it clearly states "DOOR SWITCH WASHER". He was not a pleasant salesperson to work with, even the day of the sale he was bouncing around to 4 other customers, popping back in with us. He's obviously not knowledgable in his appliances. Juan then called Sarah, one of the owners and she equally not as nice. Of course apologizing but not willing to help their mistake in any way. We took the entire day waiting for the washer and dryer arrival, wasted day for nothing. I would never got back to Steven's Appliances nor ever recommend them to anyone else. Very poor customer service and unfriendly people. The only people that were remotely sorry were Juan and Will the delivery guys, super nice guys who even said themselves the sales people are there just to sell, they had so many unhappy customers in which the appliances were not what they ordered or were told by sales the wrong information. Please don't make the same mistake as we did. I would not buying anything from Steve's Appliances. They don't care about their customers, just there for the sale. The trust has been lost on so many levels with them. We went with another company and had perfect service and delivery, working perfectly.

So they ended up using a wheel for a different brand of mower to replace the broken one. My mower was finally fixed after waiting two months. Meanwhile, on July 2026 I returned there again because the two rear wheels on the mower busted and were no good. One of these wheels they recently replaced back in May. This time they first told me the rear wheels couldn't get ordered because they are not available. I requested Minneapolis Saw to get rid of the lawn mower and I would buy a new one. They did not do as I asked. Instead, I find out a few days later that they were able to order the wheels in. I find this out after spending $600 on a new mower. Now, I am paying the full cost of fixing the old mower which ran around $226 after parts and labor. This was a terrible experience for myself because these idiots changed their story. All I get is the runaround. They say one thing and mean another. I would strongly advise customers to go elsewhere for any repairs.

One of the things that I like about the gentlemen at ARC, besides knowing their stuff, is their flexibility. After telling her, instead of showing me around, asking a million questions, or telling me everything about the store, she just referred me to areas I needed and allowed me to browse in peace. However, there were also tables, some patio items, rugs, chairs, storage (shelves, bookcases), and a few other items types. I didn't see a lot in terms of decor (throws, pillows, vases, etc). Unfortunately, none of the sofas were my style. Most of their items had a modern and retro look. And far bigger than my space could acommadate (sensibly). Although it's the outlet prices were still pretty high. I was looking for miid-level so even if I liked a sofa, at $3k plus it wouldn't have worked. Thankfully there were other furniture stores in the area so it's not like I traveled out there for nothing.
