When we first met her, in her lovely offices, she took the time to explain the process and to learn our needs and preferences, which made us comfortable with her knowledge, guidance and patience. Kelly was very accessible and flexible, often showing us properties at a moment's notice. And, during the showing, in addition to providing property details, she offered useful tips and advice about possible design and/or decor improvements to fit our tastes. Throughout the process we knew Kelly had our best interests in mind. We would gladly recommend her to family and friends because she made the house hunting process a very pleasant and fast process.

He sold…read moremy in-laws' house within a week for $20,000 more than we expected through hustling, contacts, promotion, consulting with us to make minor updates, and always looking for the best solutions to any concerns that popped up. Adam checked in every day or two and was always available to answer questions. He shepherded five different family members through the entire process. But what I found most compelling was the extra mile - sometimes even coaching a brand new (buyer's) real estate agent with a language barrier on how to complete steps on his end. Throughout it all, Adam was a joy to work with - always upbeat and fun.

Erin Chappelle is one of the VERY best real estate (realtor) agents I have ever transacted business…read morewith. She just sold my wife's home in Ohio (my honey baby moved from Ohio to Cali with me 3 yrs. ago ). This was my 28th real estate transaction so needless to so say, I have seen the good, bad, and the ugly. Erin was GREAT (and that is a total understatement). She's AWESOME...Period! BTW- I don't have time to write reviews here on Yelp, but let me say this; please, if you come across someone who deserves more than just a "Yelp" review -write a flipping Yelp review on them. These people/companies deserve it!!! Erin goes way past the extra mile. I never left my home in Monterey, California, at any time during the transaction. She ran all over the place to close the deal for us (to the city, to the title company (and set up the escrow in Cali so we could sign docs), to meet my tenants, to meet with inspectors at the property, she had excellent repairs folks at her fingertips (i.e., when the bank wanted electrical and plumbing fixed prior to funding/closing), etc.). Wheeew!.... That was a mouth full. She was there every step of the way. And she made it so we received over $10K more than I ever thought we would at closing (yep it was a nice house and she did not sell it cheap [She got us ALL the money on that one]). She was spot on with market values and her market strategy, and more...when all's I ever wanted to do was dump the fringing house and get it off our books. From the first day I called her to the day we closed; was only 67days, from listing the house, showing the house, etc., etc., etc. and did I mention she got us an EXTRA $10K plus ;-).... Yes, I am ecstatic and delighted. We LOVE YOU, ERIN!!!! Background: I interviewed four other local companies (realtors) in the Lorain, Ohio area before I found Erin and the other companies were a bit flaky and/or just not as professional as I would have expected/liked. In any event, Erin was my 5th call, and in speaking with her .... I knew then ... I had found my person! Most importantly, Erin knows the housing market in Ohio.... like the back of her hand. She was professional at every step of the way, and my wife and I can't thank her enough. We do, however, still have six bottles of nice California wine we are sending out to her soon as I promised. If you are selling your house in Ohio - there's just ONE CALL YOU NEED TO MAKE - CALL Erin. If you are as lucky like we were, she'll work with you too. I swear, does this woman ever sleep. She was on it - like 24/7.
