I have been to a number of Home Bargains in the area and was chuffed to bits to hear there was a new one in Seaham. The shop itself is in the new Byron's Place shopping centre and is relatively big. The shop stocks everything from baby items to toys, medicine to photoframes and everything inbetween. We often find that the food, biscuits and pop in Home Bargains is much cheaper than you can find in the bigger supermarkets.
The store is well laid out, and has plenty of ailse space to get past others.
There are 4 tills which always seem to be on. I can't remember the queue being too big. Mabye 1 or 2 people infront of me. The shop has small trolleys for use which is brill as the baskets are never big enough to hold all the bargains you will find.
There is a large carpark outside with plenty of spaces, although there is only one entrance to the car park and can get a bit congested. read more
