I have ALWAYS wanted an outlet to express my distaste for this establishment, and now there's Yelp…read more Years ago I used to love Bambinos. They used to give a quarter pizza and pop for about $5. Then their prices started creeping up and their slices started getting smaller. Fair enough. But the final straw was when some friends and I ordered a couple of pizzas from them. When we got home, we found a BAND-AID in one of the pizzas! So gross!!! We couldn't go back that night and ate something else instead. When we went back later and told them the story they refused to so much as apologize, let alone offer us a refund for the pizza. So obviously, they don't use gloves, which is extremely unhygienic. Granted, this was years ago, however once is more than enough in my books. My advice? Pass on this putrid pizza purveyor!

I got treated horribly and harassed by staff today. I understand that with Covid going around…read morecertain precautions have to be taken, but this was far beyond taking precautions . First, I have ordered from Greco's before. I usually walk in, place my order, wait at the back and then leave. Today I walked in and placed my order. I said nothing as I waited. However, things went down hill when I was approached by staff and accused of having the Corona virus. I was a little shocked to hear these accusations but regardless, I was asked to wait outside of the establishment anyway, so without putting up any fuss I did. I walked out the doors and waited for about 20 mins out front. Meanwhile other people were allowed to wait in the store with no problems at all. After about 20 minutes, staff chased me out the door, asking me to leave the property this time, where did they want me to wait? in the middle of the road? across the street?. Again they said it was because of Corona and that "People were complaining" but I don't believe that's true, I hadn't talked to or bothered anyone, the odd person that came came in just picked up and order and left. At this point I had had enough and asked for a Refund. Between being accused of having Covid. Being singled-out, asked to leave the store and then the property, I had decided then and there I would never be a customer of Greco's again. I have never been so harassed over something like this. Was it because I cleared my throat of a tickle? Is that why you all suddenly thought I had Corona and that i immediately had to leave the store and property? Absolutely nuts. I won;t ever forget this abysmal experience I had with Greco's Pizza today. Staff of this place should be absolutely ashamed and disgusted at their behavior.

Upon leaving, two in my party asked another server if our server was ok (wondering if she was on the verge of a mental breakdown). I hope the server is ok but in all sincerity I feel she was having a meltdown so I'm not optimistic. Regardless, good food or not, I will most likely not be back anytime soon.
