I chose Liquid because its mission to bring clean drinking water to the underserved was so refreshing, no pun intended. Ha! No, but all kidding aside whatever your walk in faith looks like everyone is welcomed here. Its like the Planet Fitness of Churches..no judgement zone and no mirrors but smells way nicer! Liquid Church makes it effortless. Can't come to service? Don't worry your pretty little head off because Liquid Church has got your back..they have an online church. They even have an app for that, no seriously they have a church app. Whaat! Best thing since sliced bread! Liquid has several campuses across NJ. If you are jaded like I am, believe talk is cheap, and are looking for a church that puts faith into action, please join us. With so many community outreach opportunities, there is something for everyone who wants to live their faith in Jesus Christ. Their children's programming encourages thoughtful insight and questioning, their choir program seeks to engage and explore Christ through song, and the sermons pave a path towards a deeper relationship with the Lord. They offer a loving hand through life and seek to have their congregants develop both inside the church walls and outside. This is such a warm and welcoming church. I personally found the format of the mass to be very…read moresimilar to a Catholic mass with a major exception - During the peace offering, everyone walks around the church to offer each other peace. The priests actually come down from the alter and go row by row to offer peace to everyone and greet everyone. I never experienced this until I came to this church. A very family-oriented church and they offer Sunday school for the kids while the parents attend mass. They also have a coffee hour after mass so you can mingle with other parishoners and I loved how nobody pressures you to join the church. It was a great opportunity to meet new people.
