When I came back I wasn't kept waiting and the whole process took about 10 mins. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and profession and it was clean and hygienic. The process didn't leave residual colour all over my eye area as sometimes happens. Nothing got in my eyes that shouldn't and I felt Danni knew what she was doing and did it well. I think my eye lashes look amazing and I will be back. There are a lot of beauty saloon type places at Chadstone but I would come back here next time and recommend them to others.

You're kind of wafted with scents of citrus as you walk down the hall to the front desk. Seriously, I'm not kidding - this place smells absolutely amazing. They have a great array of beauty products to check out while you wait for your appointment, and they'll usually offer you some water as well. The ladies here offer all kinds of services, from make-up to waxing, and I've never heard a single bad thing about any of them. They have great bedside manner and you always end up walking out of there feeling confident and ready to face the world! I usually see the same woman each visit, but occasionally she's been away so I've had to see someone else, and every single beautician has been outstanding.
