My girlfriend and I got the Groupon deal for a 60 min massage. Firstly, nice girls there and a welcoming atmosphere. However, we found out that if you don't pay an extra 5$ it's a dry massage. I then asked if they take cards and they didn't even have a card reader..who does dry massages..i have to say I felt relaxed but the head rest was an uncomfortable gel pad and it seemed as if my 'therapist' was either new, not trained well, or thai massages are just very weak (felt like I was just being tapped)..they started at 215 and ended at 3 :/ not an hour and we weren't late either; no hands or feet were touched..seems like a very new place with much work to do: not worth it for me again, worst massage I've had. read more

Had a Groupon and made a booking, took a few text messages until a response was made. Then on the day, the foot spa was not working so I had no choice but opted for a 30 min sauna. The "sauna" operated on electric and took 15 mins until it warmed up, emitting a dry heat like sitting next to a heater. I wouldn't really call this a sauna at all. Then the 1 hour massage was very light, asked for harder three times and I simply gave up. Like the other reviewer, it was a rub rub, tap tap. I left feeling like I never had a massage and wasted 1.5 hours. I was lucky enough to win the Massage package! I had a very relaxing treatment at Good Time Day Spa, it was just what I needed and staff was lovely. Will definitely be returning soon for some more pampering. Highly recommend Thanks ladies. read more

This is a dodgy set up - the place had been slapped together the walls had not even been finished painted and pictures were not hung. It was freezing cold with no atmosphere and smacked of making a quick $$. I have been to numerous spas globally and this must be one of the worst I have been to. In fact I left the premises as they did not have a towel or gown to cover me over for a massage and a young male who was hanging around in the reception area entered the room saying he was going to be my therapist today. This is the WORST day spa/beauty place I have ever been to! I had a massage where a man came in and started massaging me (they didn't ask if this was ok as I'm female) he did know how to massage I asked if he had qualifications he said no he literally patted his disgusting dry hands all over my body for an hour! He obviously didn't know what a massage was it made me feel extremely uncomfortable No one at this place spoke a word of English and a girl walked in on my while changing. Have a gift voucher for a Deluxe Massage and Pamper Package but this does not include massage oils, also have tried to make a booking and it is impossible to contact anyone on the numbers provided to make the booking. needless to say the gift voucher expires soon so the whole place seems like a scam. I had my 'day spa' treatment last month and never EVER want to go back. I have never left a massage place feeling worse than when I arrived. Firstly, I agree the place looked like it was falling apart.. very old and derelict.. I understand they might be trying to renovate.. which leads me to my second complaint.. the noise coming from within the building (I originally thought maybe it was next door so I thought not their fault but then heard the actual tradies yelling and walking through the building.. which comfirmed obviously not)... having to listen to drilling and hammering right in your ear whilst getting a massage.. just unbelievable!! If you're business is not ready to be opened, don't even bother!!! Next it was so cold in the room and I was only asked after the massage and 10 mins into the facial whether I wanted the heater on?????? Plus on top of that, the 'blanket' they gave me (that's what they called it) was just a cheap thin towel.. so no way of giving any warmth. Next, the massage.... I felt like I was being prodded like a cow.. I don't think she knew how to massage properly or had any idea. She didn't believe in concentrating on one area at a time and kept going from left to right back to left, bottom/top etc. The facial... I'll admit the actual massaging using her fingers felt ok (woohoo) but lasted about 15 mins (ish). She then put on a mask (as they do) but you would think ok while the mask is setting, I'll get a hand massage or head or foot massage??? Wrong!!! She left me in the cold room for 25 mins listening to crap outside!!! It was supposed to be an hour facial.. doesn't count when you're left there on your own for half of the time. The last part was some sort of leave in cream that she tried to explain to me was really good (English not great).. as soon as I got home I washed it off straight away as I felt oily and sticky not a nice moisturised feel. The very last part of my supposed day spa indulgence was a foot spa (??) Where again left me in the room on my own for 20 mins (out of the 30 mins for this bit) with my feet in this tall woven basket thingy that was attached to power that generated steam that was not hot at all (barely luke warm). She then came back with ten mins left, dried off my feet very quickly and put some sort of cream on them (again woohoo)... and in addition to this foot spa, the actual voucher stated I had the choice of this or the infrared sauna with shower.. that wasn't even offered to me and when I asked I just got a 'no foot spa' (again English not great). To finish off this really bad service, I received a text today to confirm my booking with name, voucher number etc... ummm hello, I've already been??? So to conclude my review, like I said.. I would never go back even if they offered me a freebie (so no saying at least I only paid voucher price is not good enough). This company needs to learn a heap more about running a business and start from scratch again. read more
