DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had the most unprofessional and painful massage on Tuesday 07-02-23 and 3 days later, I have 14 bruises and counting, across my arms and upper thigh/groin area.
At best, the massage lady did not care about my wellbeing and has inadequate training, at worst, it was done intentionally to harm me.
The staff member was rough, careless, used unusual and dangerous techniques with intense pressure full physical force, including sudden chopping strokes on my head with full force without warning, full force closed fist hits directly to my spine without warning and full force stinging slapping across my back, and many repeated motions along my bikini line.
They ask for upfront payment in cash, and charge $1.90 for using a card (credit and debit) to pay, I was not asked if I have any pain/injury/pregnancy/allergies, the staff member laughed and joked loudly with other staff when she left the room multiple times without warning and roughly whipped the eye mask from my face twice.
A degrading experience that both hurt and humiliated me. read more
