They're also A+ rated by the BBB and for good reasons...professionalism, quality, and reasonable pricing. SCL had to redo our outdoor lighting and bring it up to industry standards. Five months ago, a company installed our lighting system which began to fail within 30 days. Each time the owner would come out and do something to rectify the problem. Not until the circuit breaker began tripping and shutting off immediately, did we call an electrician. (The guy who did the initial install buried a household extension cord over 100 feet and left the receptacle end and plugs to the transformer and lights in the open and rain.) We're happy our house didn't burn down. I can't recommend SCL enough. We are very satisfied with the excellent workers who came out and the quality of their work as well as neatness of the job. Great owner and company.

Oh wow I have found my new GoTo for electric service needs!…read moreI had a Smart panel installed from Ecoflow a couple weeks ago shortly after circuits were blown didn't really care too much for the guy that came out. Honestly I really wish I could've gone somewhere else, but I'd already paid a deposit on their work not knowing that Ecoflow just contracted about any old Electrician, I guess.. Anyways, contacted veteran electric as I'm a veteran as well so of course I will give them business before some random company. I was highly impressed by the work they did I watched them work very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will be recommending them to my friends, family, and my customers as well. Thanks so much veteran Electric.

Some of you terrified me about your reviews, but a lot of them are a few years old. Well, I went last week to the Conroe/Woodlands location. The current staff is lovely! My cat knocked over one of my favorite lamps at 3 AM. I was expecting to be taken to the cleaners for the repair because frankly, there's no way I would know how to fix a lamp. They said it was a minor repair and they actually did it for free! But they do start out at $50. had it been an even worse repair which I still find very reasonable. And Nina was even able to adjust the lampshade that had been made crooked from the fall and she has a hand brace on! I can't say enough about this place. They look like they have a lovely selection of modern lighting. If I ever go to purchase lighting, I will definitely go there. They have won my trust and business!

Do NOT recommend using The Perfect Light. We chose this company as they assured us we would own…read moreour lights and they would store them each year for future use. That promise was a major reason we chose them. When we moved to another part of town, I contacted them to install our lights, but it took three weeks to get a response after my initial outreach. I had to call multiple times, leave messages, and follow up repeatedly before I could get a response and quote from anyone. I was told a different area representative would handle our new location. They wanted to charge over two thousand, five hundred dollars to install the lights even though the new home is roughly 70% smaller than the previous one. On the new quote, the quantities and pricing were heavily inflated, making the credit insignificant compared to the overall charge. When I questioned the fees, I was told, "We are unable to install lights for you this year," and they offered to just drop the lights off at my home. No attempt to resolve the issue, unacceptable customer service, and no follow-through on what was originally promised. The lack of honesty and follow-through was extremely disappointing. The entire situation was handled poorly, was misleading and unprofessional. I do not recommend The Perfect Light for Christmas light installation or seasonal lighting in Houston.
