If I was being really nitpicky I would mention that the sofa in reception has small stains on it, the little cup of water they offered just felt like an afterthought and the way the foot tub area is designed is awkward for men and taller women. The place is small, clean, modern and there were several people working at the same time which allowed me to walk right in on a Friday afternoon. I got a shellac mani/pedi and it was one of the best services I have received. They are very thorough, and did a beautiful job. Though there is very little English spoken the staff are warm and friendly. Also the services were right around 55 euros total which is less expensive than LA.
