Worst lashes ever. Ive been going here for years and she…read morehas been declining but this last time was horrible. they are uneven, some straight and some curved the wrong way, almost half of my lashes weren't filled. I reached out to try and get this fixed or resolved and was met with a stern no and that she was fine with them. If I didn't like them it was my problem not hers. Beware of spending $138 on a full classic set and coming out like this. I now have to go to another lash studio to have them fix this and spend more money. Avoid at all costs.

Shay has YOU inspect your lashes BEFORE you leave! If you are unhappy she will correct them immediately or make another appointment to correct them. It's despicable to threaten a negative review if you don't get a refund, especially if YOU are not TOTALLY honest! Shay is wonderful and customer service oriented! 5

They sent me intake forms ahead of time so check in was a breeze and there was lots of parking out front. A nurse practitioner placed my IV and started my treatment. The room was comfortable with music playing to help you relax while the IV completes. They were very attentive and checked on me multiple times while it was running. It's been a few days now since my treatment and I've been feeling great.

I explained that I was late because I got lost (I'm new to town) and the hair stylest told me she took the appointment after me early and I was out of luck. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes for an appointment of any service at Aphrodite. Nadiya changed my skins life!! I had been in and out of dermatology offices for over a decade with only superficial, prescription dependent results. Nadiya showed me true healing results in a matter of weeks. Both women are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I've been a client for almost 3 years, I drive from Belleville to Maryville and the results are worth every mile. Two of my girlfriends are now clients as well. I recommend these women to everyone. I LOVE this place.

I went to InStyle Salon in JCP at the nearly dead Alton Square Mall as a walk in. I needed a color…read more& razor cut. The color was right on but I walked out in the middle of cut. The stylist was rude & hurtful. After I wiped my tears, I asked her to stop cutting and I was going to leave. I finished my cut at home. I called the manager and met with her in person to have her 100% attention. Noting how much I liked the color, she offered an "on the house" appointment with an amazing stylist. BAM! I walked into my apartment and was treated like a queen and I have been there since and I refer others to "MY Charlie" all of the time. He is phenomenal as a person, stylist, & all-around wizard. I have met the other stylist he shares a room with and everytime I go for a service, it's like I'm going to a party. My adult son (on the Autism Spectrum) sees Kristin & she makes sure that every detail is perfect. Along with Kristin and My Charlie in the "party room" is Andrew & Cameron and the work I see them do is superior. So yes, I recommend these stylish scissor wizards to anyone. As for the one awful stylist I fired in the middle of my service, I won't say her name, I will say her name starts with a "D" & rhyms with Noreen..... there, I didn't say it.... ‍‍‍‍‍with Noreen, but a D
