Valerie exceeded my expectations for headshot retouching. As a WOC I am always nervous when working with someone new because they don't always get my skintone right for some reason, and I come out looking either lighter or darker than I am. But Valerie nailed it on the first try every single time and was able to make adjustments if I needed anything more. She was able to change the background to a picture that I really liked, but happened to be me in a pink shirt with a pink background (which means I looked like I was in a Pepto Bismol commercia) It looks so good I can't even believe it was ever anything else.
