Sadly the girl who was working the counter was not interested in answering any question. To paint a picture... there were two people at the booth with no other customers. After reading the board with prices and limited details I wanted to inquire for me and my party about the rentals. The girl at the counter didn't even look up! To answer my question she merely points to the board " all that information is on the red board.....". The vibe was horrible. Sadly the other person at the booth did not try and help either. It's so disappointing, we now have no interest in going back. Customer service would really help here but this turned us off to the idea of renting here. :/

I found these guys on Yelp and decided to call them to see if there was any last minute availability. To my surprise, they had a tour available for the following day, our last day in Miami. That same night I got a call from the owner. I was dreading answering the phone because I thought for sure it was them calling to cancel on us because of some unforeseen circumstances. But I was wrong! The owner called to let us know that he had an even better tour (one more suitable for what we were trying to do) at a much more convenient time! I really appreciate that they thought to call us and offer us the more beneficial package. I should add that the owner was super kind and helped me throughout the entire booking process. He was very patient with me while I struggled to book online. There site is super easy to navigate, I'm just not tech-savvy. When we did go out on our tour, we were given the greatest captain/instructor. Captain Sasha was so sweet and funny and knowledgeable. It was my first time snorkeling and he walked me through everything and made it all so simple. He was kind enough to take a ton of wonderful photos of my friend and me while we snorkeled. He let us take our time and enjoy ourselves and was such a pleasure. He even gave us a tour of the area which I know he did not have to do. I am so glad that we went with these guys during our time in Miami. Highly recommend them! Thanks again!

They were very informative down to the detail rules. I truly enjoyed Gail & her Husband Chico. The only thing is once we got on the Jet ski the guides told us that we had to drive slow in certain areas so we followed directions. Once we reached the area where we could drive fast we couldn't stay long because Christian said we took a while to get to the area. We told him that the guide in the back told us to go real slow. He said we could have sped up. I read the signs and it stated we were in the slow area land and to not exceed 35mph. I felt we should have driven faster to the fast riding area. They certainly let and insist on us to drive much faster returning. So I don't understand why we couldn't do the same going into the fast riding area. I felt that the guide in the back (sorry I can't remember his name) wanted us to make our trip quick. Mind you we waited patiently for the other half of the previous tour to return in which they stayed out way over their time limit, but then you want to shorten our trip. Overall the people was amazing. We also were informed afterwards that they had to be back by 635 when we didn't start our trip until after 545p waiting on the previous tour. Our original trip was for 5p plus we showed up early as informed by Gail.
