I was told that unless I made a reservation online, there was no more room for the day. Although there was availability online and we saw 5 jet skis sitting on the beach getting ridden around by employees, they told me the website was wrong and they were full for the day. Don't bother making a reservation. You'll probably just wind up with a refund and a waste of time.

I found these guys on Yelp and decided to call them to see if there was any last minute availability. To my surprise, they had a tour available for the following day, our last day in Miami. That same night I got a call from the owner. I was dreading answering the phone because I thought for sure it was them calling to cancel on us because of some unforeseen circumstances. But I was wrong! The owner called to let us know that he had an even better tour (one more suitable for what we were trying to do) at a much more convenient time! I really appreciate that they thought to call us and offer us the more beneficial package. I should add that the owner was super kind and helped me throughout the entire booking process. He was very patient with me while I struggled to book online. There site is super easy to navigate, I'm just not tech-savvy. When we did go out on our tour, we were given the greatest captain/instructor. Captain Sasha was so sweet and funny and knowledgeable. It was my first time snorkeling and he walked me through everything and made it all so simple. He was kind enough to take a ton of wonderful photos of my friend and me while we snorkeled. He let us take our time and enjoy ourselves and was such a pleasure. He even gave us a tour of the area which I know he did not have to do. You will see the Port of Miami, the Miami downtown skyline, Star Island and Millionaires Row, Palm Island, Fisher Island, South Beach and speed to the Atlantic Ocean. Time it right and you will see the sunset. The Captain and crew are awesome and will give you great info. This is definitely something you want to do in Miami! Adult tickets, age 12+ are $45 and kids 3-11 are $35. Parking can be found at Bayside Marketplace Garage. Check Groupon for specials. You can show up and board fairly quickly. There are plenty of restaurants at Bayside if you are hungry afterwards.

My wife wanted to stay at the hotel but more importantly she wanted BouYah water sports for our friends and family to enjoy. BouYah never disappoints, they make sure you have fun, stay safe and are protected while on the water. Jeff, Luis and Jonathan were awesome and our party had a great time and fun was had by all! In addition to the water sports, Boucher Brothers, Latonya and Lester did a great job with setting up cabanas, chairs and umbrellas to keep our party safe from the sun and the rain. Plus Emily kept us hydrated and fed for our day on the beach! Thank you again to all of you for making my wife's birthday celebrations so special, we are looking forward until the next time!!!

The workers that helped with getting me on the ship were nothing but happy and smiling and they pointed me to where I needed to go because it was my first time on this ship! The ship is part of their older fleet but I love how they have been keeping up with renovations, there was only a couple thing here and there that could use a little more TLC but nothing dated beyond belief. The food was phenomenal and being able to get food here that was included such as their to die for escargot when other ships charge for specialty dining to get something like this was amazing! The buffet section was also very tasty with the insane amount of options and I loved the soft serve ice cream that I had way too many of! The shows are out of this world and the ice show was truly insane! it is crazy what people can do on a small ice rink but make it bigger then imaginable! I also loved being able to go and skate on the rink during one of the days because they had open skating as long as I had my (free) time slot reservation.
