Comfortable linens, mattress, and pillows. Nice velvet couch to sit on to watch a big screen TV. The waterfall shower in the bathroom is amazing! And I love the little dining table and kitchenette area. They do steak nights here on Thursday, so it would be a great evening out and you can just walk back to your room after the festivities! I enjoyed grabbing coffee from the shop in the morning and strolling through the antiques and gift store before we left town. Good prices! Easy to book; great service & value! Definitely going to stay here again and try one of the other themed rooms!

The staff is even righter from the lady who runs the store to the bar keep. And there's a hidden gem in the Casitas that rent nightly through VRBO. These two beautiful and eclectic casitas made our trip. We stayed in the Symphony casita and it lived up to its name with repurposed instruments making up much of the decor. The amenities that come with both units are flawless (our friends had the second casita) from welcoming complimentary beverages and candies to a fully equipped Keurig to WiFi and charging stations to a personal sign welcoming your party to golf carts (complimentary) to use to zoom around town. We can't wait to go back.

However, I found the majority of the store to include random, cute and useful gift items. The random: a longhorn cell phone holder that screws onto the wall and provides a little cup for your cell phone while it charges. Odd, but the lady told me she had sold 2 that day. The cute: a glass nail file that will never wear down in a monogrammed black sleeve. The useful: a leather luggage tag. Not to mention the dog food, which is also useful. There were two ladies in there chatting while I walked around and the atmosphere was a little quiet for my preference. I mean, they could hear every step I took (and my steps even echoed) and I could hear every single word they said. I guess that is to be expected in a small shop, but some music might have helped. Overall, this store is a fun place to look for gift items or to find something to splurge on for yourself. As a bonus, you can also grab some food for Fido. Talk about one stop shopping.

Now I did decline a printed receipt and afterwards couldn't account for my purchase total which seemed to have missed some booth discounts. My bad on declining the receipt. Anyway there were many booths with wonderfully displayed items. We especially loved a vendor on the second floor with really great vintage and new clothing items and accessories. They offer beer and other drinks to enjoy on a roomy bench if you need a break. The stairs can be a bit precarious for those with mobility issues but are sturdy. Good thing for us as one of us is challenged. As with any vendor antiques mall some vendors have grand ideas of the value of their items but there were deals to be had and certainly a great variety. Definately plan to make this a regular stop!

I checked it out and it has a smell similar to the Old Tunnel on the way to Fredericksburg for a moment I felt that I am out in nature. The entrance is full of birds I stood there for over 5 minutes. When I was looking at the hair & bath products to the left of the register, I over heard what I assume is the owner, and a customer, talking about shooting at squirrels with a BB gun when they would go for the bird feeder. These items tend to be in the higher value range, like jewelry, silver sets, and other higher-end items. I didn't find what I was looking for but the employees were nice and it was fun to see what was there.
