I shopped at the home furnishing side of the business and purchased some amazing candles from brands I was not familiar with from Europe. Tina help me with my selections and was really nice and knowledgeable. There are so many amazing things to look at and purchase. It's exciting to go into a boutique featuring inventory you haven't seen before and be helped by someone that knows so much about the craftsmanship and quality of the products. It's clear they really care about their customers. From the customer service to the packaging of your purchases to receiving a handwritten thank you note the mail! All first class. When we got there we saw furniture inside the window and were confused until we realized that this store and the fabric store were one in the same but two areas joined together. The fabric side has a lot of really good options to choose from. They are aroubnd $9.99 for a yard for fabric which is higher than Joann but it's local so I can let it slide. The furniture section had solid wood furniture and at good prices. I couldn't get anything but certainly good quality. The main store had all the sort of crafty knick knacks like those you'd find at Michael's so nothing too fancy. I was sad there was no doll hair though. The staff was really attentive. They do have bathrooms but they're in the back and don't have privacy doors inside with the stalls. Strange. Parking is easy as it's in a large lot.

Beware of representation of color.... The description of the…read moreitem I purchased clearly stated "Crisp White" long sleeve blouse. Not only did the verbal description state "Crisp White", but the photograph posted to illustrate the item I was purchasing, showed a photo of a WHITE blouse. The item that was shipped to me was without question, a yellowish cream color, anything but white. When I shipped it back to them, I had apparently missed the return window, and they refused to accept the return, and issue a refund. The only way I would be made anywhere close to "whole" financially, was to reluctantly pay them the $8.17 they were charging me for ground shipping, for shipping the cream colored blouse back to me. (One thing to note...the shipping charge that paid when I purchased the blouse was $7.82. But for some reason, to ship the exact same items back to me they are charging me $8.17.) Additionally, I had to pay to ship the return back to them..... They FORCED me to keep the blouse that they misrepresented, in order for me to keep from losing the entire $95.12 purchase price plus the return shipping I paid. I felt like I was being cornered into paying a bounty for the return of an item that wasn't even accurately represented. Now it will be shipped back to me and I will be receiving a blouse that I don't want, and that I had to pay an extra $8.17 for!!!! And I still don't have a crisp white blouse that I need for my staple wardrobe. REALLY WRONG!!
