They are typically busy but I've never had to wait for a machine. Some machines use coins while others (that I use) allow for a credit card swipe. Both the employees and the customers have always been friendly. With the storefront being on a plaza corner there's always plenty of parking.

I have been using these guys for years here in Helena. They were very economical, professional and…read morehad a 24 hour turnaround which is nice in case of an emergency. However, just this past week, I picked up my cleaning and attached to my garments was a $90 dark polo shirt that was ripped to shreds. When I inquired the young lady working the desk indicated that they would not clean any garments this badly damaged. This shirt was ripped from the upper chest/logo area all the way down to the bottom. I explained that as I felt the shirt, it had starch on it, so it could not have possibly been brought to them this way and that they damaged it as they were cleaning or pressing it. Then they claimed the new owner stated the shirt was dry rotted, which was not the case either. So with the new ownership not rectifying this situation, I will not continue to take my business there. Looks like either Kens or Sunny cleaners will get me back as a customer. DONT USE THESE GUYS. Also when I asked for a new dry cleaning bag, she stated that the owner was now charging $5 each for the bag when under the previous ownership they were given out at no charge.

When I asked about the stains, the employee told me it was deodorant and/or sweat stains. I told her that the blouse did not have yellow stains when I dropped it off for cleaning. She told me that there wasn't anything they could do about the stains, and then questioned me whether it was like that when I dropped it off! Later that day, I called Imperial to speak with a manager. I started telling her what happened with my blouse, and she interrupted me, saying that the employee from earlier told her about my blouse. I began talking again, stating how the blouse was ruined and she interrupted me AGAIN, telling me how she's been in the business of dry cleaning for 25 years, has seen that happen before, and that there wasn't anything they could do. Then, she told me to have a good day and hung up the phone on me! This was my first and last time patronizing this business and I will never go back!
