Holly's Nails is the most unprofessional salon I've ever been to. The tech exposed my bare nails to UV light, globbed polish on unevenly, cut me during the service, and when I complained, she and the manager dismissed me and stopped speaking English. The salon was also unhygienic--no liners in the tubs and reused files. read more

This is the worst experience my grandaughter has had at any nail salon. She did not get what she asked for , the length she wanted , and was transferred to several people to do one service all having their own price . Worst $50 I've ever spent. I was very much overcharged for a simple gel manicure and non existent conversation. I went there on a whim because my car was being worked on across the street and I had some time to kill. I was seen right away and seated. The entire time, the technician didn't say a word to me. She didn't ask how I was doing, didn't attempt to make any kind of conversation. She spent the entire time talking to everyone else around her but me. I got simple gel colors with a little bit of sparkle and was charged $45. I didn't ask for any fancy shape or length. It was just my natural nail and shape. Not only were they uneven and bulky, but they began peeling the next day. She didn't even check to see if the nail length was even. She just rushed through painting them, sent me on my way, and moved on to the next person. The vibe just was not pleasant. read more

I have been a customer of Hollys nail for 10 years. Got a pedi and nails polished today by a new nail tech and it was horrific.. I didn't want to hurt her feelings so I didn't complain to Holly. I didn't realize how bad the pedi and nails were till I got outdoor in the lights. I never complained before bc usually they always did a great job but this year lately things are slacking. It's hit or miss there. Depends on who the nail tech is. Maybe not enough trained people. Sorry Holly. I showed my nails to another nail place . They wanted me to go back and tell her. I did and Holly corrected the problem. Thank you Holly ! The technician girl who did my nails and pedi was new but she definitely needs more training. I had been to this salon prior to COVID and swore I'd NEVER return. The young male who did my manicure put on tips and by the time my manicure was finished, each nail was a different length and odd shapes. They were HIDEOUS! For over $60, with a total of $125 with a pedicure, and $20 cash tip, I should have learned my lesson. Plus, they pull the "Credit Card machine not working, cash only" at every one of these places. Amazingly, the machine DOES work if you stand your ground. Fast forward to current day. I was there two weeks ago for a mani - pedi, and although my pedicure was just ok ( they charged me for the full spa deluxe with everything but was given a fast gel pedicure. Now for the manicure. My real nails are strong and can grow out, but by the time this man removed what was left of my previous gel color, he filed my nails to where they'll be growing out too thin. He applied the gel color and their led lamps are FILTHY! The entire time they're all speaking Vietnamese and preoccupied with whatever they're talking about which is RUDE. The manicure finished and he proceeded to file one nail. Again, the old "Cash only, machine no work" but again, it suddenly works if you stand your ground. For close to $140 including tip, three days later one nail begins peeling and the other that he filed is now not only peeling but also tearing. I was out of town and called about having them fixed when I return in 9 days. He hemmed and hawed with "too much time has gone by" and other excuses and finally said I could stop in and they could take a look. Are you kidding me?? Takeaway: They don't keep records or appointments, want only cash because credit cards have records. Get the picture? Stay away. Three times and Never ever again!! read more

Swear to god they make the prices up as they go and then lie when you ask about it. The only time you will see a price list is for pedicures. Its really sad because they do good nails, but fact that you NEVER get the same price despite getting your nails done the same way every time is realllllly annoying and unprofessional. I will not be going here anymore after being a loyal customer for over 2 years. I know they remodeled after covid and I understand if prices have gone up, but they need to let people know that and not just surprise them at the register. Went Into shop today and person removing old nails told me that my nails had an UGLY shape and there was nothing he could do to fix them and if he did them that they would look bad so he removed my old nails charged me 10 dollars and sent me on my way...he and other men in the shop were sitting and to busy to worrie about customer satisfaction and more worried about the soccer game on the TV...needless to say I will NEVER go back!!! read more

I went to Holly's nails to get an acrylic fill. The whole time the girl doing my nails kept pushing for me to get gel nails I told her I was not interested each time. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I paid and with credit card and was going to tip her in cash, didn't hear her state the price which should be $18.00 as it's posted on wall in shop. Reason I went there cause it's cheaper than other places. When I signed receipt it said $21.00 she didn't fix any nails just fill and paint. I probably should have said something but thought maybe they didn't have time to fix the board on wall. So I called to ask price on acrylic fill and got quoted $18.00...She must have tipped herself very rude! Will not be returning! read more

20 minutes under the dryer and my nails are still so wet they have dents and dings all over the crappy paint job. The nail tech was in such a hurry she put two clumpy coats with a cheap, non-fast dry top coat. They look like shit. The tech didn't say more than two words while doing my nails.
