The community itself is fine, but unfortunately management is typical of Eagle Pass. By that I mean functionally retarded managers who will do the most asinine crap you can imagine. When I moved out I was charged $25.00 for sand on patio (it's a desert) and $25.00 for not returning a pool pass (that I never got in the first place). The primary manager is some entitled bitch, so don't expect much. There is one girl there that's pretty nice and helpful, you'll easily identify her, but the main manager is worthless. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're looking to get scammed when you move out. The second you leave they know what they can get away with, and they will.
