Gets extremely busy at times as it is right in the doctors surgery. Perhaps that is why they have messed up my prescriptions so often. Manager is arrogant, and staff fib/don't do what they claim to have. I wouldn't recommend at all. read more

(For some reason their Pharmacy is closed on Sunday's... do people in Crewe not get sick meaning they need medication on a Sunday?) The staff seemed friendly enough but even at a time where the store wasn't too busy, the checkout seemed pretty slow so the overall shopping experience wasn't as fast as I'd have liked. I managed to get the two items I came in for which were mouthwash and baby wipes, but I've never been unable to get them from a Superdrug store. 3* - OK, again a pretty average store, a decent store within Crewe but nothing too special.

I have been in for prescription items and for general health items on many occasions this year and have only had to wait once. That time, there were six people ahead of me, so it was understandable! The shop is next door to a group practice and there are a number of other doctors' surgeries along the road, so it is very convenient for many locals. My own doctor's is some distance from here, but I still use it as I feel the service is so good. They have a service for collecting and preparing repeat prescriptions which is extremely easy to set up and they will give advice on many health issues

A nice chemist with more of a community feel than some of the larger chemists.

The staff seem friendly enough, it is a shame this store does shut rather early at 5:30 during the week, which rules out access to the pharmacy, but this seems to be common practice in smaller towns. 3* - Decent store, nothing too special but certainly a nice addition to the town.

There is the pharmacy, No7 range and essentials range, most of the toiletries brands, baby section, vitamins and potions, travel, perfumes and electricals, photo, sandwiches, salads, juices and milk, some confectionery and crisps. The choice could be larger but given the area of the shop - it's understandable the choice is not that great. The sandwiches aren't good - shapers, or any other brand - they are just plain awful - tasteless and overpriced, the choice isn't great either. The staff are not that warm, some girls who work there are nice enough but they all could be a bit more polite and helpful. The annoying bit is also that the shelves are not stocked very often, so when you want to e.g. want to buy the 3for 2 vitamins of one choice - there will be one or two items but not three. Some products are not replaced in days - annoying and frustrating. All in all, this Boots is not that bad but it is not that great either when it comes to choice and service.
