He then informed me that in order to provide an estimate, he would need to open the top of the toilet, and that doing so would cost $140. I explained that when I scheduled the appointment, I was clearly told the estimate would be free of charge. His response was that it was only free for him to show up--not to do anything beyond that. Frankly, this explanation was both unreasonable and misleading. This experience was a complete waste of my time and left me extremely dissatisfied with your service. I expect better communication, transparency, and professionalism from a company that offers home repair services. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address it with the technician involved, as well as review the clarity of the information provided to customers during appointment scheduling.
