It's not like your normal garden centre where they just point you in the general direction, Palmers know their stuff and will educate you too if necessary. Great place to go for a walk too - like a tropical wonderland in places. Video link: http://www.youtube.com/v/crwN1bkjOzY

It has an enormous stock of plants but whenever I have asked for anything I have been directed to the exact spot.Advice is available if you need it and they are very pleasant. There is plenty of parking and they need it! I have often set off with a basket and then had to stagger back for a barrow. I only have a tiny garden so I have to be very carefull because not only is there loads of stuff it is reasonably priced.I am amzed when I get to a till and all my things are totted up and they know all the prices straight away. No looking up on computers.
I have just made my first visit to Reighton nursery and promised myself I will never shop online…read more I used to buy the cheapest version of plants - bare root, but in Reighton I bought garden ready plants for a fraction of what I paid for bare roots. It's such a pleasure to see your plants flowering within days, plus you can buy them at different stages of development. Diversity of plants is incredible Just can't find enough words to praise this place.

It also has a shop where they sell hand made jewerlly, walking sticks and prety clothes. There is a shop there that sells all sorts of envirometal goods. They sell the wool fat soap that yorkshire is famous for. The best thing about this place is the cafe. Outside you get to sit under victorian vines and have some wonderful fresh food witht the ingrediants grown onsite. How fresh is that. They also do some nice cakes that go down well with a stron cup of yorkshire tea.

One of quite a few garden centres in quite a rural area and I feel this reflects quite often in the stock levels. It never seems to have lot of stock although I can't enter a garden centre without buying something, its compulsive isnt it! There is a lovely cafe and going here is quite a little trip out as it is set in a beautiful location looking towards Roseberry topping. Parking is easy as the centre has its own carpark. All staff generally in garden centres seem very knowledegable about planting, this centre is no exception. Very friendly staff.

The entry was exciting along a long single track road, just keep following the signs is the answer. The gardens are only open in spring and Autumn so check the web site for times & dates. Entry during 2019 is £10 PP. A nice Tea room/ Cafe is located onsite with hot food & sandwiches , Tea/Coffee etc. A Toilet is also available. After your visit a Plant Nursery is available to purchase your plants seen during your visit.

Which wasn't said on the website so I couldn't use the lawnmower which was only taken out of box and left inside. Now I cannot return as it's outside of the window so now I'm stuck with a new lawn mower without any oil which I haven't started and now I cannot return it. So I will write this review anywhere I can. Unhelpful company

My favourite thing to order is the mozzarella, bacon and mushroom toastie with red onion marmalade. My last visit was on a bank holiday and they had stopped serving hot food so I went for a cheese and chutney sandwich. Great quality ingredients and a really packed sandwich - I approve. I would also recommend the cakes - pecan pie was excellent.
