From assisted living to memory care, the staff treated my parents not just as residents, but as individuals with stories, preferences, and personalities that mattered. The caregivers were patient, attentive, and genuinely kind. They supported not only my parents, but our entire family during a very emotional chapter of our lives. The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly sets Belmont apart is the people. The staff's professionalism, warmth, and consistency gave us tremendous peace of mind. We knew our parents were safe, respected, and cared for every single day. If you are trying to decide on a community that will care for your loved ones, I can say with complete sincerity that Belmont Village Buckhead provides exceptional assisted living and memory care. We are forever thankful.

Ms. Larrier was very professional and her empathy towards her patients health issues was amazing. Yes!! I'm a 40+ woman who's body is in worst shape than some of these vibrant, full of life seniors I had to hop pass trying to find my way to the pool area. Yes! I said hop.... Geesh! go figure. Heck they where looking at me as though they wanted to ask if they could help me. Unfortunately today was just a medical visit. While hopping around (LOL!) I did noticed how elegant and huge the Sterlings Estate is. It has a very welcoming entrance with whom I believe maybe a concierge to help you with what your looking for or answer any questions you may have. Today was a nice gentleman standing in waiting. Again looking at me like..... he was waiting for me ask to be pointed in the direction of my grandmother or something. NOPE!!!! He was polite with telling me the way to my destination. The Sterlings has a grand dining area with plenty of seating. I noticed also they have what looked like a coffee area, wellness center and plenty more activities for the seniors in your life to enjoy. I'm here today to get the full benefits of their heated salt water pool. The Sterlings offer Aqua therapy for people who don't live on campus. My health insurance had them on the list of places to choose from. I chose The Sterling Estates, because I have driven pass about 4 times and thought to myself.... Those look like a nice community for my mom or great aunt to live. Not knowing I will be the one visiting before them. But a least I had the pleasure of seeing what little of the community I could see. And I can say it was a memorable one.

They absolutely need better top staff members. Never try to reach the "nurse". She is unavailable by phone. They seemed to be really on top of things prior to our actual move in. Not the case at this point. The actual facility certainly needs a face lift. There are no automatic doors to the interior garden and patio area. Thus, if you are in a wheelchair you are not going out without help. If you decide to dine in your room, your meal is brought to you in a styrofoam box at the end of the meal service in the dining room. So you are going to get your meal an hour later. Oh great, almost in time for you to go for the next meal. I will not go on. Most of the residents are happy there. But, let's be real. Change is hard enough who is going to move again?

The Cruise Ship DUNWOODY PINES I have lived here since July 2018 and I find it to be a very…read morefriendly place to be. For the previous 5 years starting in March of 2012 I lived with my wife in another senior living facility near KENNESTONE Hospital. It was very much the same as it is here accept they only served one meal a day for most of the Independent living residents, you could upgrade to 3 meals a day at about $50 more a month but we enjoyed making our own breakfast and a sandwich for lunch. Later they added the breakfast after increasing the monthly rent. Otherwise it was much the same as here except it was over $1.000 more in monthly rent. But in June, 2018 my wife said we needed to live separately. I could not afford to live at the same facility, so I started to visit different places in and around Marietta and found this location. It offered every thing that I had before. But at an affordable price. Especially after I prepaid a third of the monthly rent for about 15 months. I would get $700 a month off my rent as long as I live here. So if I decide I need a larger place to live I can upgrade and still get the $700 off the current rate for that size of apartment. But I now live in a studio which provides plenty of room for 1 person. It even has a large walk-in closet hanging on both sides 6' by 8', a kitchen with a full size stove a sink with a garbage disposal, a full size refrigerator, plus extra room where I have a microwave, a toaster oven plus shelf space for groceries and a garbage can. It also has a pantry that I use as storage space for my many odds and ends. When I moved in I did not have any furniture. The maintenance manager had me go with him to the storage room in the building and pick out stuff that had been left when people moved out and I was able to mostly furnish my studio with that. So in closing let me say the staff for the most part are great, pleasant, helpful and know they are there to make your stay as pleasant as it would be if you were on a vacation at a high level resort. I consider this to be like being on a cruise ship. With all your meals provided. Many entertaining things to do on board and many trips to shop and visit plus transportation to your doctors, drugstores, banks and library. I would suggest very strongly for when you retire that you come aboard the Dunwoody Pines and to advance pay $700 for the 15 months and save $700 off of your rent every month you live here over 15 months. Because when you move here you will want to spend the rest of your life on board the ship DUNWOODY PINES and cruise with us to HAPPY TIMES

Recently, my family encountered some issues with a move from one unit to another larger unit. I sent an email to the Community Director, Renatta Hamilton, outlining my concerns. Within 30 minutes of sending the email, she had scheduled a meeting with herself, the Executive Director, Pierre Chism, and the Maintenance Director, Khalif Smith. The meeting was awesome; I was immediately comforted by the concerned and caring response as well as the plan of action that was outlined and agreed to. Within 24 hours, 90% of the needs had been addressed, and the remaining 10% is being handled now. No matter how beautiful a place may be, to me it means nothing if your experience is tainted by inadequate management or unpleasant attitudes from staff.
