Kind of like a time warp coming to Valley Farm. If you're looking for hip, new or anything trendy…read morein terms of appearance or offerings like you might get at Wegmans, Shoprite or Whole Paycheck it's not happening here as that's not what the majority of the clientele is looking for. This is very much a meat and potatoes type of place. Sort of like grocery shopping in an environment that would be appealing to your grandparents. Same format applies with one new twist. If you're looking for an excellent selection of meats, seafood and produce this place is hard to beat. To me it's hand down the best deli in the area. Even at the holy of holy Wegmans you're not finding variety like you'll get here with a full line of Boar's Head, Dietz and Watson, Jennie-O, John F. Martin and some of their own selections. Plus they always have a ton of staff on so the wait is never too bad. Within the last year they've also added beer sales in the back corner. I don't drink the stuff so I have no clue if the prices or selection are any good but the area is fairly large and they always have a good crowd in there so it I guess it can't be too bad. The other big plus here is that while they do not have a self check out area they always have a ton of cashiers on up front. I think they have nine lanes plus the customer service counter which chips in as well and it's rare that especially in the afternoon they don't have all nine lanes staffed. What's still not amazing here would be the prices on a lot of the canned and packaged goods. The sales here are alright but they never compete with sale prices at any of the other major chains. An example being this week a certain brand of ice cream is on sale at 2/$5. A sale at a place like Giant would normally equal 2/$4 and Giant offers special coupons for this item on a fairly regular basis which would make the price even less. Sure that's just one item but the point is that there are a of items which fall into that description. While it would be ideal or convenient to shop at just one store, there are far too many items here that make doing that a real money waster. Like I said last time, stick to the right side of the store and you'll do great in terms of selection and even pricing. The more left you go the more you should consider going to Giant or even Wegmans as it's simply a better all around deal.

It was founded by husband and wife Tim Balshi and Soraya Aguilar. The couple first began importing olive oil to the United States in 1999, driving between Maine and Virginia in their old Chevrolet. Aguilar grew up on her family's third-generation olive farm in Jaen, Spain. Jaen is located in a region called Andalusia, which produces 80% of Spain's olive oil. The couple decided to found their own brand, Seasons, in 2009. Their mission was to provide customers with healthy, plant-based, all-natural, everyday luxury olive oils and vinegars that empower home cooks and elevate every type of cuisine. Their first brick & mortar storefront and taproom opened in Bethlehem the following year. Following the success of the original location, additional taprooms opened in Lancaster as well as Anapolis (MD). Additional storefronts (without the taproom element) also opened in Hershey, Wayne, and Easton. My family and I visited Seasons Bethlehem over the summer while we were visiting relatives in the area. We were exploring Main Street in Downtown Bethlehem and happened to walk by the storefront. My wife and I love exploring shops that sell gourmet oils and vinegars, so we decided to stop in. They had so many different types of oils and vinegars to try out. In addition to oils and vinegars, they also sell gourmet olives, pastas, syrups, honey, and various types of crackers. We had trouble deciding what to purchase, but finally chose to bring home some Italian Fig Balsamic Vinegar as well as some Honey Hot Sauce. We're so happy to have accidentally discovered Seasons and we hope to return on our next visit to Bethlehem!
