Warning: I can not ever recommend this location (manager at Winter Park and corporate were…read morewonderful) but the manager at this location refused to help me and called me a liar TWICE as I attempted to discuss the following concern. Also note, the massage therapists are great. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my longtime membership due to scheduling constraints with the plan to return over the summer when I would have more time. I cancelled in person and was given a tablet to sign the cancellation form. I was told to use my remaining two credits within 60 days of cancellation, which I acknowledged. Called to schedule today and told that I had "given back" my credits because I didn't use it based on the date of billing and that it is NOT the cancellation date as I was told verbally by an employee. I was shocked and explained there was a mistake. Manager stated I should have read the form I completed online. I told her that I cancelled in person (not online) and the front desk person told me not to use the credits within 60 days of cancellation. There was a long line off customers behind me waiting to check in so I did not stand there and read every word of the tablet cancellation form. Instead, I mistakenly took the employee at her word and made note to use the credits within the 60 day time period. In fact, it is now summer so I was going to use my credits this week and then sign back up for my membership. That changed when the manager literally stated that "This accusation is false. You should have read the form that you signed (I was NEVER given a copy of the form on the tablet, by the way) and you should have KNOWN our policy by reading it). It is hard to read something that was never provided to me and I made note of what I was told in person. To lose credits that I paid for and was attempting to use is bad enough but to be called a liar TWICE is a first for me in all of my years.

Language barriers meant very little instruction so wouldn't recommend as your first time. And I'm 6ft tall and my feet hung off the bed and sheet wasn't long enough so my feet got a little cold When you walk in they only ask how long and cash or card. They only ask for a signature at the beginning and allow you to add a tip to the receipt afterward (was worried I'd have to run out and get cash). They do watch you write the tip just to say thank you. If you want anything specific you need to request. I let them know I wanted deep tissue but not too hard and pressure was perfect the whole time. There are not a lot of boundaries in this massage meaning it does include the butt in open air. I undressed and started face down. At first the massage started underneath the sheet (no skin contact) but then round two was uncovered and she asked if oil was okay. Then she put the sheet back on and grabbed a hot towel. The massage and wipe down was pretty aggressive but possibly because I asked for firmer. There was privacy while I flipped over and at the end she offered me a water bottle. I left feeling relaxed (she found knots I didn't know I had) and happy to support a local business
