My pain has often affected my strength in the strained areas and it usually takes several months to bounce back. In just a few short visits (which I plan on making many more trips to OPTS) my pain has subsided and I can without hesitation say they are TRULY treating the weakness. I have been seeing therapists for physical contact sport related injuries my whole life. The pilates based therapy they practice is exactly the type of treatment we all need.
