He incorporates corrective chiropractic in which they also offer massage therapy and physical therapy as part of your treatment. This allows for you to correct the problems instead of just getting adjustments over and over again to no avail because things stay out of alignment. Here for a professional sporting event and one of our players pinched a nerve in his back. I called twice and left a message 20-30mins prior to our arrival (2pm Friday) no answer.. -Where it gets weird...As my teammate and I get to the door, the sign says we're open and friendly etc. But the door was locked. We noticed a trifold block on top of the reception desk. which a women was behind. She peaked and saw us standing at the door AND INSTANTLY HIDES BEHIND THE DESK... we knock, no response. We go around to the side and look through the window and she is HIDING UNDER THE DESK. I can't make this up. on all fours like she was in a tornado drill. Who does that? at this point we were over this place anyways but decided to sit there at the window laughing at how unprofessionally childish the situation was. she finally noticed we were looking thru the window and makes eye contact I said "we can see you" and she just yells "we're closed" so we go back to the front door, knock again and she pulls a closed sign from behind the desk that wasn't even visible. we asked if she could just give us a recommendation and she told us to "google it" This Lady was the same lady on the first picture with blonde hair standing with the Dr. in the white long sleeve. Most are those who bend and twist you until your back cracks, hoping they adjusted what was the problem. Some use a tool called the activator. While I am a big fan of that tool, it's hard to find someone proficient. Dr. Teske uses a method different than either of these. She feels for, and adjusts the specific vertebrate that's out of place. She uses her hands, and a table made for this kind of adjustment. I felt immediate relief after my first visit, and re-visited today as a simple follow up. She has not recommended ongoing maintenance like so many typically do. He called me that evening vs. sending an email, we reviewed her medical condition and I was so pleased with our conversation and the information he provided that she was in his office a few days later. She developed arthritis which has been chronic for many years after her surgeries. Dr. Durnin helps her manage the pain by keeping full movement of her shoulders preventing frozen shoulder. Don't get me wrong, she still has lot's of pain, but without without his expertise with elderly patients my Mom would be in a wheelchair, in more pain then she is - Mom is moving around pretty well, and still driving.
