However, if you show up to an appointment and they cancel on you, Oh well.... The kid behind the counter was just doing his job but what about the customer? (Patient)? He said "you cancelled last week on the 26th and we tried to contact you on the 24th"...which is curious to me because I was out of the country last week on vacation and not using my phone I did just check my phone and they sent me a text last week which I just saw today. It asked me to confirm an appointment I already had on my calendar? I'm assuming since they didn't hear from me last week that they decided to cancel. I then asked if they could squeeze me in since I showed up for my appointment and I was only getting a routine check which doesn't take long and was told the person I was supposed to see wasn't in today anyway and the Dr is busy. So you cancel an appointment I show up for on a Monday morning and the person I'm supposed to see isn't in and you don't let me know and there is no recourse but if I'd cancelled and didn't let you know I'd have to pay? That's a great policy for you...thanks for nothing. I imagine now I'll be unable to get in with a dermatologist before the end of the year so when I get one in January my deductible has reset and I'll be paying a deductible and copay since they reset in 2026 Thanks for that...

I never received a text or a call from this doctors office to remind me of this appointment. I have tried twice now to reach the Manager Becky . She seems to always be out of the office and not available and no return call back from management. As soon as I receive a phone call, I will update this review.
