I then asked if they could squeeze me in since I showed up for my appointment and I was only getting a routine check which doesn't take long and was told the person I was supposed to see wasn't in today anyway and the Dr is busy. So you cancel an appointment I show up for on a Monday morning and the person I'm supposed to see isn't in and you don't let me know and there is no recourse but if I'd cancelled and didn't let you know I'd have to pay? I've waited a few months to write this review because the Infusion Company changed. The switch over was not as smooth as it could have been or handled in a way that the patients weren't involved between 2 companies. The ladies were great from the first company, but they signed a contract with a "no compete clause". It has nothing to do with the Doctor's that own Sarasota Arthritis or the second company. Check-in is easy and the ladies at the front desk have been there as long as I've been going. are all nice, efficient and will assist with anything they can. The infusion nurses I have seen are kind, efficient and professional. I'm a hard stick and they have had no problems getting started. They have done everything to make the turn around better.
