My father was a resident there and fell countless times and was injured in their care. They only bathe residents once a week. I don't recommend this facility to anyone looking for help and care for their loved ones. The nurses are lazy and the sales staff will tell you anything just so they can get your loved one moved in and get your money. The amount they charge families per month is downright criminal. My father was there during COVID-19 so we weren't allowed in his room or in the facility so they got away with a lot of things simply because families of residents couldn't see the conditions and negligence they're living in. If you love the person you're looking for additional care for DO NOT MOVE THEM INTO THIS FACILITY!!!

They notified me by mail saying my service would end in 30 days, but then quit sending my caregiver after two weeks. Their services are unreliable and just mediocre when finally provided with caregivers who are not dependable.
